The present invention relates to an ICT-based inter-company network marketing system for performing B2B-based member attraction and sales, and an operating method thereof, the system comprising: a request reception unit for receiving a network marketing participation request from a terminal of a business sales member to participate in product promotion and sales; a trading relationship generation unit for, when a purchase request is received from a terminal of a business purchase member who wants to trade with a business sales member to participate in promotion and sales; and a network tree forming unit for forming a network tree by applying a trading relationship between a business sales member and a business purchase member, which is generated by the trading relationship generation unit. The present invention can provide an ICT-based inter-company network marketing system and an operating method thereof, wherein the ICT-based inter-company network marketing system can realize user recruitment and trading volume maximization through network marketing between company members.

Further, the processing device is configured for analyzing the monitoring data and generating a driver reward and a passenger reward. Further, the communication device transmits the driver reward to a driver device and the passenger reward to a passenger device.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING DIGITAL COUPONS
A processor is programmed with instructions to receive coupon data from a program creator. The coupon data defines a coupon and/or coupon program. The processor creates a first unique coupon program ID for the coupon data and writes the first unique coupon program ID and the coupon data to a database table. The processor transmits the first unique coupon program ID to the program creator. The processor also receives, from a user computing device, a coupon request message. The coupon request message includes a second unique coupon program ID. The processor extracts the second unique coupon program ID, retrieves the first unique coupon program ID, and matches the second unique coupon program ID to the first unique coupon program ID. Based on the matching, the processor generates a digital coupon token and transmits the digital coupon token to the user computing device via the communications interface.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING DIGITAL COUPONS
