Systems and methods for consumer recovery and engagement
Systems and methods for facilitating real-time integration of use of promotional offers such as coupons, coupon codes, gift cards, and the like into a customer relationship management system and/or process. Users such as brands, companies, retailers, etc. issue and send promotional offers to a consumer as a part of a customer relationship management process, and systems for implementing such methods are provided; computer systems may be managed by a single entity or in distributed computing environments wherein aspects of methods are implemented by disparate parties. In a customer relationship management process, such as using software for customer relationship management, the user can directly issue individualized promotions via a direct communication. The individualized promotions are limited to a one-time use and are serialized in a way that facilitates tracking of redemption of the promotions. Offers are traced in real time and are readily directed to individual desired consumers.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HANDLING FAKE NEWS
The present disclosure relates to providing a non-linear data structure stored in a blockchain database. More particularly, the present disclosure provides systems and methods for identifying so-called “fake news” on a media platform. The present disclosure provides a method that leverages data describing news content items to generate a hash value for which a root node of the non-linear data structure is created. Commit data is received and added to the non-linear data structure. The commit data may include verification tags that identify the news content item is true or misleading.
Method, System, and Computer Program Product for Applying Deep Learning Analysis to Financial Device Usage
Described are a system, method, and computer program product for applying deep learning analysis to predict and automatically respond to predicted changes in financial device primacy for a financial device holder. The method includes receiving transaction data representative of a plurality of transactions between the financial device holder and at least one merchant. The method also includes generating time series data based on the transaction data and generating a predictive model configured to: (i) receive an input of time-interval-based transaction data; and (ii) output a probability of primary financial device primacy change, the predictive model trained based on historic transaction data. The method further includes determining a probability of primary financial device primacy change for the financial device holder by applying the predictive model to the time series data. The method further includes, generating at least one communication to at least one issuer and/or the financial device holder.
Revenue share determination for transactions on MaaS platform with common database architecture
A system for determination of a revenue share of a mobility player (MP) of a MaaS network is disclosed. An MP node of the MP is on-boarded to a node package of the MaaS network and gets associated with a MaaS node of the node package, based on an on-boarding process. The on-boarding process includes a definition of a service structure including configuration data of the MP and a signing off of the MP node to a service agreement and a privacy policy associated with the MaaS network based on terms of service of the service agreement. Once, the MP node is on-boarded to the node package, the MaaS node and/or one or more external nodes, such as, a plurality of aggregator nodes and a central MaaS node may determine a revenue share of the MP based on receipt of a trigger event associated with the node package.
Reward offer redemption for payment cards
In one embodiment, a method includes receiving information about a payment from a user to a merchant using a payment account issued to the user by a payment service, the payment account being linked to one or more reward offers. Each reward offer is redeemable upon satisfaction of one or more criteria. The method also includes determining that each criterion associated with a reward offer linked to the payment account has been satisfied, redeeming the reward offer to reduce a value associated with the payment, and sending, to an application installed on a client device associated with the user, a user interface indicating that the reward offer has been redeemed in association with the payment.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INCENTIVIZING REPEAT TRANSACTIONS WITH MERCHANTS WITHIN A PRESCRIBED GEOGRAPHIC AREA USING PAYMENT PROCESSING NETWORK DATA AND PROVIDING FOR TIME DISTRIBUTED PAYMENTS
A method for incentivizing repeat transactions within a prescribed geographic area using payment process network data includes acquiring a first set of transaction data from a payment network, creating a database of a second set of transaction data of transactions by an enrolled cardholder or merchant, identifying rewards eligible transactions and creating a database of rewards eligible transactions by enrolled cardholders at enrolled merchants, calculating rewards by querying the database of rewards eligible transactions and multiplying the amount by a factor, transmitting an instruction to a virtual card issuer to apply the rewards amount to a virtual payment card, receiving an authorization request to make a purchase using rewards, and determining if the transaction of the authorization request occurred within a prescribed geographic area in which rewards may be spent at enrolled merchants and if so authorization for the virtual card issuer to complete the transaction using the rewards.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING DYNAMIC REWARDS
A loyalty program management system associated with an enterprise location is provided. The loyalty program management system is programmed to: a) receive a plurality of input data associated with a plurality of patrons, wherein the plurality of input data represents actions of the plurality of patrons; b) determine a current location of a patron of the plurality of patrons, wherein the current location of the patron is not at the enterprise location; and c) transmit a message to a computer device associated with the patron including a prize to be awarded if the patron visits the enterprise location.
METHOD AND SYSTEMS FOR ALLOCATING PAYMENT BASED ON A FREE TRIAL PERIOD
Disclosure includes selecting a merchant from a plurality of merchants, enabling a trial mode for the merchant, during the trial mode, receiving an indication of a first order for the merchant, forwarding the indication of the first order to the merchant, allocating a first payment for the first order to the merchant, requesting an acceptance of a membership status from the merchant, and receiving an indication of the payment for the first order.

Systems and methods for processing trip-based insurance policies
Methods and systems for processing trip-based insurance policies for vehicles. According to aspects, a trip-based insurance policy of a vehicle specifies an amount of trip units for insured vehicle travel and has an associated policy term. In certain cases, a customer may exhaust trip units before an expiration of the policy term. The methods and systems therefore enable the purchase of additional trip units so that the customer remains insured. In other cases, upon expiration of the policy term, an insurance provider may calculate an amount of unused trip units. The insurance provider may determine one or more types of credit that are based on the amount of unused trip units. The insurance provider may also apply the one or more types of credit to an account of the customer.
