Method and apparatus for clustering platform sessions and user accounts associated with the platform sessions
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products that provide for an improved and more efficient system for transmitting content to client devices. The embodiments disclose an apparatus that clusters user behavior based on platform session records. The platform session records comprise stored data associated with a plurality of user inputs received by the system for the duration of a platform session. The apparatus and methods transform the platform session records into data comprising a form that is usable for identifying clusters of platform sessions. As a result of the clustering methodologies, the apparatus is configured to deliver content specifically optimized for users of client devices. The present disclosure thus provides for an improved networked system that reduces the amount of data transferred via the network and allows for a more efficient system that has reduced infrastructure requirements and improved performance.
Electronic system including electronic message based electronic shopping list generation and related methods
An electronic system may a remote computer that may parse an electronic message received by a mobile wireless communications device of a given user for a keyword indicative of a desired item for purchase. The remote computer may obtain a user identifier associated with the given user for a retailer loyalty program for a given retailer. The remote computer may also access the retailer loyalty program based upon the user identifier and generate an electronic shopping list for the given retailer based upon the access to the retailer loyalty program and send the electronic shopping list to the mobile wireless communications device. The shopping list may include the desired item for purchase. The remote computer may also generate a digital promotion associated with at least one item on the electronic shopping list and send notification of the digital promotion to the mobile wireless communications device.

A method for presenting pre-approved and pre-underwritten offers to a customer may include: receiving targeting criteria based on at least one of current accounts with the financial institution, assets, creditworthiness, and credit risk for an offer for a financial product; identifying a target population of customers for the offer by applying the targeting criteria to a population of customers; reviewing each customer in the target population for underwriting for the financial product based on inferred income for each customer and accounts that each customer has with the financial institution, wherein the underwriting is performed before the financial product is offered; determining a channel to present the offer to one of the customers that passed underwriting; communicating the offer to the customer over the selected channel; and providing an accepted offer to a fulfilment engine, wherein the fulfilment engine initiates an account opening for the financial product.
EDGE COMPUTING STORAGE NODES BASED ON LOCATION AND ACTIVITIES FOR USER DATA SEPARATE FROM CLOUD COMPUTING ENVIRONMENTS
There are provided systems and methods for edge computing storage nodes based on location and activities for user data separate from cloud computing environments. A service provider, such as an online transaction processor, may provide additional services for to users via edge computing systems and edge computing storage nodes. The service may be for data that may be predictively loaded to the edge computing storage node for a particular location, where the edge computing storage node may reside more locally to the location on a network so that data may be served quicker and with less network resource consumption than providing data from a remote cloud computing storage. The data may be predicted to be needed or useful to the user at the location using a user profile for the user, monitored user activities, and/or one or more machine learning models that predict user behaviors at the location.
Systems and methods for consumer recovery and engagement
Systems and methods for facilitating real-time integration of use of promotional offers such as coupons, coupon codes, gift cards, and the like into a customer relationship management system and/or process. Users such as brands, companies, retailers, etc. issue and send promotional offers to a consumer as a part of a customer relationship management process, and systems for implementing such methods are provided; computer systems may be managed by a single entity or in distributed computing environments wherein aspects of methods are implemented by disparate parties. In a customer relationship management process, such as using software for customer relationship management, the user can directly issue individualized promotions via a direct communication. The individualized promotions are limited to a one-time use and are serialized in a way that facilitates tracking of redemption of the promotions. Offers are traced in real time and are readily directed to individual desired consumers.
Apparatus, systems and methods for initiating community member participation
An interaction facilitator system is operable acquire community member dialogue videos generated by community members, wherein each community member dialogue video includes dialogue spoken by the community member that describes their viewpoints and opinions regarding an associated subject media content event. A community member dialogue video is acquired from a community member while the community member plays a uniquely generated geo-activity game wherein the community member completes an activity at each of a plurality of game play locations that lie along a game play route. At the end of play of the geo-activity game, the community member receives an incentive.
Reward provision device, reward provision method, and program
A point applying unit associates a predetermined point according to a type of regular purchase contract with user identification information according to a contractual user, for each predetermined period; a number-of-points information storage unit stores number-of-points information representing the number of points for each reward, in a plurality of providable rewards; a selection information acquisition unit retrieves selection information that is associated with the user identification information and represents a selected reward of the plurality of rewards; and a reward management unit enables the selected reward to be used, based on the user identification information, in a case where the total number of points are set by the selection information retrieved by the selection information acquisition unit and the number-of-points information in the number-of-points information storage unit and are associated with the selected reward has a predetermined relationship with the predetermined point associated by the point applying unit.
Reward offer redemption for payment cards
In one embodiment, a method includes receiving information about a payment from a user to a merchant using a payment account issued to the user by a payment service, the payment account being linked to one or more reward offers. Each reward offer is redeemable upon satisfaction of one or more criteria. The method also includes determining that each criterion associated with a reward offer linked to the payment account has been satisfied, redeeming the reward offer to reduce a value associated with the payment, and sending, to an application installed on a client device associated with the user, a user interface indicating that the reward offer has been redeemed in association with the payment.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON APPLICATIONS INSTALLED ON A COMPUTING DEVICE
A server computer system comprises a processor; a communications module coupled to the processor; and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory storing instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to obtain loyalty point data associated with one or more loyalty point accounts; determine one or more applications installed on a computing device; generate, based at least on the one or more applications installed on the computing device, a recommendation for redeeming loyalty points from one or more of the loyalty point accounts; and send, via the communications module and to the computing device, a signal causing the computing device to display a selectable affordance to accept the recommendation.
Realtime, interactive and geographically defined computerized personal identification and matching methods
In general, the invention relates to a method of interactive and live computerized matching in which a first user has a personal data device including a wireless communication system. A network is configured to include a server programmed with a personal characteristic database and a database searching algorithm, and a wireless communication system that is capable of communicating with the user's personal data device. The first user is allowed to log on through the wireless communication system to the network using his or her personal data device, and communicates to and stores in the database personal data defining his or her characteristics and those for his or her ideal match. Either the secure network automatically identifies the first users precise geographic location, or the user himself otherwise indicates and stores in the database of the network an identifying address that indicates his current specific geographic location. The user then instructs the database searching algorithm to search for and identify other users on to the network near the same geographic location to facilitate a match.
