An information processing device includes a storage medium that stores computer-readable instructions, and a processor connected to the storage medium, in which the processor executes the computer-readable instructions to acquire virtual experience information indicating that a user has been provided with a virtual travel service to experience a virtual travel, and purchase information indicating that the user has purchased a right to receive a real travel service to experience a real travel, in a case where the virtual experience information and the purchase information are acquired, generate grant information for granting an incentive for the user to purchase the right to a provider of the virtual travel service or a provider providing an apparatus used for the virtual travel service, and output the grant information.

This disclosure provides a loyalty program on a network-wide level. Embodiments may associate UPC and SKU data on a network level to reward consumers and/or to analyze the data for a variety of business purposes, such as market segmentation analyzes and/or analyzes relating to consumer spending behaviors or patterns, for example. In accordance with one embodiment, the network may comprise any number of participants, including consumers (such as primary and supplementary members of an aggregate consumer account), retailers (e.g. including any of their employees), manufacturers, third-party providers, and the like. A service processing method, a device, a terminal and a server are provided. In some embodiments, the method includes: obtaining an operator identifier, when a coupon verification operation is detected on a service page of a public service account; invoking a code reading interface of an internet application to which the public service account belongs, to obtain a code of a coupon to be verified; generating a coupon verification service request based on the operator identifier and the code of the coupon; sending the coupon verification service request to a server, to cause the server to process a coupon verification service based on the operator identifier and the code of the coupon and return a process result to the terminal; and outputting the process result on the service page of the public service account.

The escrowed award record including a corresponding patron ID, a corresponding session ID, corresponding award fulfilment instructions including the selected promotional award, a property ID, and a device ID, corresponding messaging instructions including an award notification message, and a corresponding qualification status indicator indicating a qualified status.

In a computer-implemented method of using customer data to determine that geolocation-based fraud alerts are false positives, it may be determined that an electronic fraud alert is a geolocation-based alert generated based upon an unexpected or abnormal transaction location. In response, customer data may be obtained from two or more sources via radio frequency links. It may then be determined that the customer data from the sources indicates that a customer is traveling. In response, it may be determined that a customer location indicated by the customer data corresponds to the transaction location. In response to determining that the customer location corresponds to the transaction location, the electronic fraud alert may be marked as a false positive, and the electronic fraud alert may be prevented from being transmitted to a mobile device of the customer, in order to reduce an amount of false positives that are transmitted to customers.

Techniques are described for automatically extracting items from a user's browse history on one or more e-commerce websites, and automatically searching other e-commerce websites and sources for offers (including coupons, deals, and/or promotions) for those items and/or related items and/or stores. Such automated techniques allow users to gain the benefit of online offers from various sources, without having to go through the effort of manually searching for such offers. Instead, the system and method automatically locate such offers based on the user's browse history, without requiring any action to be taken on the part of the user.
