INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, SYSTEM, METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLEMEDIUM STORING PROGRAM
An information processing device includes a first authentication controlling unit that causes an authentication device to execute first facial authentication or facial registration of a first photographed image capturing a user at a first store, a presenting unit that presents recommendation information related to a second store to the user in response to a success of the first facial authentication or in response to the facial registration, a second authentication controlling unit that causes the authentication device to execute second facial authentication of a second photographed image capturing the user at the second store, and a bonus applying unit that causes a bonus to be applied to a settlement process of the user at the second store based on a history of the first facial authentication or the facial registration, if the user has been authenticated successfully in the second facial authentication.
Fuel loyalty rewards
A processing system for fuel transactions analyzes transactions for symbols indicating a purchase amount and directs information about the purchase to a loyalty platform. The loyalty platform may identify and communicate in real time or near real time with a personal device associated with the purchaser of the fuel. A user interface of the personal device may allow the purchaser to review and select options for processing the fuel purchase using value from a loyalty program account. The selected option may be used to modify fuel purchase parameters prior to settlement of the transaction or simply add points to the user loyalty program account.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MEASURING THE STRENGTH OF USER ENGAGEMENT OVER A NETWORK
Systems and methods are described herein for measuring the strength of a user engagement strategy including zero-party data over a network. Specifically, upon receiving, at a server, user data and user actions from a plurality of client devices and information from remote servers, the server aggregates the received user data and user actions, and generates an output corresponding to user engagement based on the aggregated received user data, the aggregated received user actions, and the information from remote servers.
Structured activity templates for social media content
Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a program and method for detecting an activity associated with a user, wherein the activity includes a plurality of sequential phases; identifying a media template associated with the activity, wherein the media template includes a plurality of phase identifiers each associated with a respective phase of the plurality of phases of the activity; capturing a plurality of media items that represents each of the plurality of phases, each media item of the plurality of media items being captured when a corresponding one of the plurality of phases is in progress; associating the plurality of media items with respective phase identifiers of the plurality of phase identifiers of the media template based on the phase associated with each of the plurality of phase identifiers; and generating a display of the plurality of media items based on the media template that includes the plurality of phase identifiers associated with the plurality of media items.
USER-MANAGED CONTENT AND ADVERTISING DELIVERY BASED ON SIMILARITY COHORTS
A computer-based content delivery method includes receiving from a first user a request for content; based on said request, delivering particular content to said first user, wherein said particular content was selected based on information associated with a second user distinct from said first user. The first second users are members of a similarity group, and the second user is a leader of said group and said first user is a follower in said group.
Systems and methods for controlling actuators based on load characteristics and passenger comfort
Among other things, we describe techniques for operation of a vehicle based on measured load characteristics and/or passenger comfort. One or more sensors of the vehicle can measure passenger data and/or load data of the vehicle. The passenger data and/or load data of the vehicle can be used by the vehicle to determine how to navigate within the surrounding environment.
A METHOD OF OPTIMIZING AN OFFER VALUE TO A SELECTED GROUP OF CONSUMERS
A method of optimizing an offer value to be offered to a selected group of consumers includes selecting a series of products, wherein each are serialized unique code marked; selecting a target group of consumers from a consumer database, each consumer with a registered consumer profile in the consumer database, the selecting based on a set of criteria; selecting a first subgroup of consumers from the target group of consumers; determining an initial offer value of the uniquely code marked product to be presented to the initial first subgroup of consumers; distributing (offering) the initial offer value to the selected initial first subgroup of consumers; a number of the selected initial first subgroup of consumers accepting the offer; associating the code of the uniquely code marked product to the acceptance of offer to the consumer profile of each the accepting consumer in the first subgroup of consumers; summing the number of accepted uniquely code marked products to a first uptake value as a function of the initial offer value; registering the initial offer value and the first uptake value in order to calculate a first initial profit value; repeating, for a number of second, third, . . . time, the following steps: selecting a second, third, . . . subgroup of consumers from the target group of consumers; determining a second (third, . . . ) offer value of the uniquely code marked product to be presented to the second, third, . . . subgroup of consumers, being different from the first offer value; distributing (offering) the second (third, . . . ) offer value to the selected second, third, . . . subgroup of consumers; a number of the selected second group of consumers accepting the second, third, . . . offer; associating the code of the uniquely code marked product to the accepted second (third, . . . ) offer value to the consumer profile of each the accepting consumer; summing the second (third, . . . ) number of accepted uniquely code marked products to a second (third, . . . ) uptake value as a function of the second (third, . . . ) offer value; registering the second (third, . . . ) offer value and the second (third, . . . ) uptake value in order to calculate a second, (third, . . . ) initial profit value; thus establishing a set of uptake values as a function of offer values, and their calculated or estimated corresponding profit values; based on these data points, establishing a relationship of profit as a function of offer value; selecting from the relationship a near-optimal offer value giving a near-optimal profit; distributing (offering) the optimal offer value to a large part of or all of the selected target group of consumers.
PEDESTRIAN ROAD DATA CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING MOBILE DEVICE, AND SYSTEM THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a method for constructing pedestrian map data by using pedestrian road data acquired via a mobile device possessed by a pedestrian moving on a pedestrian road and providing, as a compensation, a reward according to the acquired pedestrian road data, and a system therefor, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring pedestrian road data for a pedestrian route of a pedestrian by using sensors provided within a mobile device possessed by the pedestrian; constructing, for each layer, pedestrian map data for the pedestrian route by using the pedestrian road data; and, when the acquisition of the pedestrian road data is completed, paying a differentiated reward according to location information of the pedestrian road data and the distance of the pedestrian route.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
There is provided an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that can highly accurately determine, at low cost, whether or not a mobile terminal to be used can provide a service when a service using a mobile terminal is provided. A missing value indicating a degree of data missing detected by a communication terminal is calculated, and a whitelist is generated in association with a query including a manufacturer, a product, and OS version information of a communication terminal in which the missing value is smaller than a predetermined threshold and the degree of missing is small. When the communication terminal requests service provision based on data detected by the communication terminal, a query is searched for in a whitelist to determine whether or not service provision is possible. The present disclosure can be applied to a system that provides a service based on a detection result of a sensor mounted on a smartphone.
