Systems and methods for electric vehicle charging
The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for electric vehicle charging. The system may perform the method to: receive a request for charging station recommendation from a client terminal; determine at least one charging station within a preset distance range of the client terminal; determine an evaluation for each of the at least one charging station based on one or more evaluation parameters; and transmitting, by the first computing device, the evaluation of the each of the at least one charging station and an identifier of the each of the at least one charging station to the client terminal.
MODIFICATION OF TRANSACTION FEES
A method implemented on an electronic computing device includes receiving a request for an automated teller machine (ATM) transaction from an ATM. Authentication credentials are received of a customer of the ATM. The authentication credentials are associated with the request for the ATM transaction. A notification is received of a failure to execute the ATM transaction at the ATM. In response to the receiving a notification of the failure, a fee modification is issued to the customer of the ATM. The fee modification permits modification of a transaction fee associated with a subsequent ATM transaction at an alternative ATM.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONVEYANCE OF REWARDS WITH BEHAVIOR-FENCING
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a device, including: a processing system including a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations of: detecting a target behavior of a person and a first location of the person using a computer vision system in a monitored location; confirming the first location detected by the computer vision system matches a mobile location of a mobile device possessed by the person, wherein the mobile device is connected to a network providing communication services at the monitored location, and wherein the mobile location is determined by the network; and providing a reward to the mobile device responsive to the target behavior detected and the first location matching the mobile location. Other embodiments are disclosed.
System and method for selective group printing at discounted pricing
A system and method for selective group printing at discounted pricing facilitates a user to select one or more public electronic documents for printing. The user creates a print group for their job and publishes an electronic list of print group jobs, including job properties, print timing and print location. Users who wish to have the same documents printed can elect to join the group to allow for discounted pricing. When it is time to print jobs associated with the group, group members are notified and can proceed to the designated printer to release their jobs.
SECONDARY MARKET AND VENDING SYSTEM FOR DEVICES
The system enables one to securely recycle an electronic device in a publicly accessible location. In particular, the embodiment described may be used by a mobile phone owner to submit his/her mobile phone for recycling via an electronic kiosk and receive compensation in some form. The compensation might be dispersed via cash, voucher, credit or debit card, or other magnetic or electronic transaction methods.
APPLICATION FOR DEVICE EVALUATION AND OTHER PROCESSES ASSOCIATED WITH DEVICE RECYCLING
Software application systems and associated methods for recycling, purchasing, and/or performing other processes with mobile phones, tablet computers, laptop computers, and/or other electronic devices at a kiosk are described herein. In various embodiments, the present technology includes systems and methods associated with an electronic device to facilitate a consumer-operated kiosk processing (e.g., purchasing) the electronic device. In some embodiments, the present technology includes using a mobile app to identify an electronic device, evaluate the electronic device, resolve device issues to enable purchase of the electronic device, etc. Various other aspects of the present technology are described herein.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING OFFERS FOR AUTOMATED RETAIL MACHINES VIA MOBILE DEVICES
A mobile device with a display, processor(s), and memory: identifies a retail machine configured for wireless communications based on broadcasted information transmitted by the retail machine and including an identifier corresponding to the retail machine; transmits the identifier to a server and receives from the server an electronic communication including a promotional offer for products or services offered by the retail machine; displays the promotional offer; detects selection of a promotional offer; receives a notification from the retail machine that a product or service was provided by the retail machine for a user of the mobile device; transmits confirmation information associated with the notification to the server, receives promotion validation information from the server indicating validation of the promotional offer; and based on the promotion validation information, displays information confirming application of the promotional offer.
SELF-CHECKOUT OFFER PROCESSING
During an in-store shopping journey of a customer, offers are identified based on a variety of personalized information known for the customer, known for the store, whether the customer is at a beginning or an end of their journey, items the customer is in process of buying during a self-checkout, items already in a basket of items for the customer, and/or items in close proximity to the customer’s location within the store. The offers are provided to the customer within an interface of the customer’s mobile shopping application or a Self-Service Terminal (SST). Any selected offer from the interface is automatically stored in an account of or a digital wallet of the customer or any selected offer is sent as a code to the customer’s mobile device. In an embodiment, stored offers are automatically added to a shopping list maintained for the customer for a next visit/journey to the store.
Systems and methods for content management using contactless cards
Example embodiments of systems and methods for data transmission system between transmitting and receiving devices are provided. In an embodiment, each of the transmitting and receiving devices can contain a master key. The transmitting device can generate a diversified key using the master key, protect a counter value and encrypt data prior to transmitting to the receiving device, which can generate the diversified key based on the master key and can decrypt the data and validate the protected counter value using the diversified key.
PARAMETRIC TRACKING AND TRIGGERING OF ADVERTISING EVENTS IN ONLINE MULTIMEDIA ENVIRONMENTS
A method for providing, to a consumer in a mobile device, a digital content to be displayed on the mobile device, is disclosed. The method includes requesting non-personally identifiable information from a consumer in a pixel script of the advertisement payload, tracking an event trigger in the pixel script, the event trigger configured to fire upon completion of a selected portion of the advertising payload, and modifying a consumer account based on the event trigger and the non-personally identifiable information. The method also includes providing an updated feature of the consumer account to a retail store when a configured rule in the pixel script is satisfied. A system including a memory storing instructions to cause the system to execute the above method is also provided.
