In one variation, a computer-implemented method comprises receiving positional data concerning a listing location from a listing client device; establishing a radius boundary based on the positional data; filtering one or more databases using the radius boundary to determine an amount of parking spaces listed and the amount of parking spaces reserved within a preset time period; calculating a location-specific transaction rate using the amount of parking spaces listed, the amount of parking spaces reserved, and the preset time period; determining a recommended listing price based on the location-specific transaction rate; and transmitting the recommended listing price to the listing client device.

Coordinated autonomous vehicle automatic area scanning
Methods and systems for autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicle control, routing, and automatic feature adjustment are disclosed. Sensors associated with autonomous operation features may be utilized to search an area for missing persons, stolen vehicles, or similar persons or items of interest. Sensor data associated with the features may be automatically collected and analyzed to passively search for missing persons or vehicles without vehicle operator involvement. Search criteria may be determined by a remote server and communicated to a plurality of vehicles within a search area. In response to which, sensor data may be collected and analyzed by the vehicles. When sensor data generated by a vehicle matches the search criteria, the vehicle may communicate the information to the remote server.

A method for providing an integrated navigation service in connection with a mobile device and a vehicle sharing server through a communication network comprises the steps of: receiving, from the mobile device, an integrated navigation service request message including information on a user-set route; acquiring, from the vehicle sharing server, shared vehicle reservation information corresponding to the user-set route; determining, based on the shared vehicle reservation information, whether the user-set route is required to be changed; calculating an optimal route by reflecting the shared vehicle reservation information, if it is determined that the user-set route is required to be changed; and transmitting the calculated optimal route to the mobile device.
