Method and System for Facilitating Purchase of Vehicles by Buyers and/or Sale of Vehicles by Sellers
A data platform may comprise a machine learning model indicative of a propensity of a buyer to buy a respective vehicle of a plurality of vehicles for sale. The data platform may execute the machine learning model on vehicle-related data for the plurality of vehicles to determine a propensity to buy score for a respective vehicle. Each of the vehicles may then be sorted by its propensity to buy score. A client terminal may display a list of vehicles for the buyer to buy, where the list is ordered such that a first vehicle in the list has a highest propensity to buy score and a last vehicle in the list has a lowest propensity to buy score.
Automatic search of local inventory
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for determining which of multiple vendors have a product in stock. One of the methods includes maintaining a central database that includes information about respective inventories of multiple vendors, receiving information from a first user device identifying a requested commerce object, and a geographical area, identifying a plurality of sources of available inventory data, searching the plurality of sources for available inventory of the requested commerce object, the searching comprising performing all three of the following processes substantially in parallel: performing real-time searching in the central database, performing sub-real-time searching in respective databases maintained by individual vendors, and initiating manual-assisted searching, asynchronously receiving and aggregating search results into groups, and serving, for each of the groups of search results, instructions for a presentation of the respective composite user interface to a second user device.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR VALIDATING TRANSACTIONS PERTAINING TO SHARING OF SERVICES IN AD HOC NETWORK
The present disclosure discloses a device and a method for validating transactions pertaining to sharing of one or more services in an ad hoc network, comprising broadcasting amongst plurality of devices, a status message to other devices present in the ad-hoc network, where the plurality of devices comprises at least one service provider device and at least one service receiver device, identifying the at least one service receiver device based on the status message received from the other devices, sharing the one or more services with the at least one service receiver device, validating one or more transactions created by the at least one service provider device and updating a common transaction ledger with one or more validated transactions, where the updated one or more validated transactions are communicated to the other devices in the ad hoc network.
VERIFICATION OF REDEMPTION OF AN ELECTRONIC OFFER
A system can determine that a mobile device, located at a physical place of business transmits a first electronic communication for redemption of an electronic offer at the physical place of business. The system can further detect a second electronic communication transmitted from the mobile device, which indicates a first identifier. The first identifier can be associated with a verifier of the electronic offer (e.g., a staff member) at the physical place of business. The system can further determine, based on analysis of the first identifier, a second identifier (e.g., contact data, a telephone number, etc.), that corresponds to the verifier, without providing the second identifier to the mobile device. The system can further electronically transmit, utilizing the second identifier, a third electronic communication that indicates information about the redemption of the electronic offer.
INTERACTION MANAGEMENT IN AN ONLINE AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM
An online agricultural system manages and optimizes interactions of entities within the system to enable the execution of transaction and the transportation of crop products. The online agricultural system accesses historic and environmental data describing factors that may impact crop product transactions and/or transportation to determine market prices for crop products and crop product transportation. Responsive to receiving a request from an entity, the online agricultural system determines an optimal transaction for the entity, such as a price for selling a crop product, an available crop product for purchase, or a transportation opportunity to transport a crop product.
SHOPPING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A shopping system (102) for facilitating shopping of customers from retailers is provided herein. The shopping system (102) includes a shopping list module (202) configured to enable a plurality of customers to create their shopping list having a plurality of items. The shopping system (102) further includes a retail module (204) configured to enable a plurality of retailers to provide a dynamic pricing and promotions for items in the shopping list. The shopping system (102) further includes a cart module (206) configured to enable the plurality of customers to choose a retailer based upon the pricing, and book a cart with the retailer.
POOL GENERATION AND MANAGEMENT FOR EVENTS
Techniques for generation and management of pools for events are presented. Pool management component (PMC) generates an event associated with a recipient. Within a period of time of the event, PMC generates a pool relating to the event. Based on contact user data, transaction data relating to transactions or interactions between recipient and merchants, and affinities of the recipient to contact users or merchants, PMC determines which users to invite as candidates to contribute monetary funds to the pool and which merchants to be candidates to the pool and to present offers for products. Notification component notifies candidates of their invitation to participate in the pool. Pool component receives contributions from user candidates and offers from merchant candidates. At time of the event, notification component notifies recipient of the gift being presented to recipient via the pool, the gift comprising money, a product, or offer for a product.
Systems and methods for managing and facilitating combined purchase of items by multiple customers
Systems and methods for managing and facilitating combined purchase of items by multiple customers are disclosed. According to an aspect, a method includes receiving, from a computing device, notification by a first user to purchase one or more items. The method also includes determining whether to match the first user with a second user for combined purchase of the one or more items. Further, the method includes associating the first user with the second user for combined purchase of the one or more items in response to determining that the first user matches the second user.
Computer-based systems configured to provide actionable graphical user interfaces on computing devices and methods of use thereof
A method includes receiving a request to initiate a group gift indicating a gift date on which the group gift should be sent to a receiver of the gift. The method further includes determining, electronic devices to send invitations to contribute to the group gift and sending the invitations to the electronic devices. The invitations prompt a user to respond with a single action whether the user would like to contribute or not. The method further includes receiving responses from the electronic devices indicating an approval to contribute to the group gift or a refusal to contribute to the group gift. The method further includes initiating a physical gift purchase as part of the group gift and sending a message to a gift receiver electronic device that includes information about a monetary gift.
METHOD, MEDIUM, AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC DATA EXTRACTION FROM WEB PAGES AND ANALYSIS THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a method of automatically extracting data from web pages and analyzing the extracted data to generate an output. A plurality of web pages of a plurality of merchants is accessed. Based on the accessing of the web pages, a subset of the plurality of web pages is identified as inventory pages that contain information about products or services offered for sale. The inventory pages are electronically scanned to extract a price for each of the products or services. An output is generated that includes a listing of the products or services and prices associated with the products or services, respectively.
