Infrastructure and methods to implement a platform for a horticultural operation are disclosed. Sensor data is received from one or more sensors configured to capture data for plants within a plant growth operation. Accumulated data associated with other plants in other plant growth operations is access. The data is analyzed to determine conditions of the plants within the plant growth operation. Plant grower actions to improve plant growth are determined. Instructions are transmitted to a controller device associated with the plant growth operation. Agricultural products or services associated with the plant grower actions are determined. An agricultural exchange service processes electronic commerce information from servicers of the products or services. Bids from the servicers are received, and selection and fulfillment of the bids are facilitated.

A computerized system is provided for processing data in connection with systems for offering and sale of goods and services. In the computerized system, a server system provides for a seller device to provide item identification information and a minimum price. The server system makes the item identification information, and not the minimum price, available to one or more buyer user devices. Responsive to an indication of interest, the system provides the buyer user device with a series of sets of ranges of prices for selection, followed by a set of prices for selection. If the user selects a price from the set of prices above the minimum price, the difference between the minimum price and the selected price is allocated among buyer, seller, and server system, and a transaction proceeds.

The disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for purchasing items using an e-commerce shopping assistant. In one embodiment, the system includes a processor to perform operations for receiving an electronic message comprising a web address from a user's mobile device via SMS, accessing a web page using the web address, identifying an item for purchase based on the content of the web page, retrieving the user's account information based on an identifier of the mobile device, wherein the account information comprises user preferences and user profile information, identifying merchants from which to purchase the identified item, selecting a merchant from the identified merchants based on the user preferences, configuring the purchase transaction based on the user preferences and the user profile information, and completing the purchase transaction at a merchant system of the selected merchant.

A system that allows customers to collaborate with vehicle accessory manufacturers to design accessories in an augmented reality environment. A customer decision making and purchasing experience is greatly improved when viewing a physical showroom model (or other real-world model) of a vehicle they intend to purchase and/or customize. The system allows the user to select and customize virtual accessories for the physical vehicle, then overlay those virtual accessories atop the physical vehicle in an augmented reality environment.

Embodiments predict supply chain policies using machine learning. A machine learning model trained to predict one or more supply chain metrics for a first product can be stored. The machine learning model can generate a plurality of supply chain metric predictions for the first product using a plurality of candidate replenishment policies for the first product. A candidate replenishment policy with a corresponding supply chain metric prediction that meets a criteria can be selected. The selected replenishment policy can be implemented for the first product within an inventory system, where one or more physical locations are restocked with the first product based on restocking parameters defined by the selected replenishment policy.

Methods and apparatuses are provided for use in monitoring product placement within a shopping facility. Some embodiments provide an apparatus configured to determine product placement conditions within a shopping facility, comprising: a transceiver configured to wirelessly receive communications; a product monitoring control circuit coupled with the transceiver; a memory coupled with the control circuit and storing computer instructions that when executed by the control circuit cause the control circuit to: obtain a composite three-dimensional (3D) scan mapping corresponding to at least a select area of the shopping facility and based on a series of 3D scan data; evaluate the 3D scan mapping to identify multiple product depth distances; and identify, from the evaluation of the 3D scan mapping, when one or more of the multiple product depth distances is greater than a predefined depth distance threshold from the reference offset distance of the product support structure.

This specification describes techniques for executing services. One example method includes receiving, by a service platform, a qualification acquisition request from a first end-user device of several end-user devices that participate in a service qualification activity corresponding to a service; returning a qualification acquisition rule and a result generation rule that are based on the qualification acquisition request to the first end-user device to enable the first end-user device to generate a to-be-verified result corresponding to the result generation rule; in response to a determination that the service satisfies the predetermined condition, obtaining the blockchain corresponding to the service from at least one end-user device of the plurality of end-user devices; selecting, from the blockchain, at least one block that satisfies the qualification acquisition rule; and executing the service for a user that corresponds to a user identifier included in the at least one block.

A location-based mobile messaging shopping network is provided that acquires location data from a mobile computing device (MCD), receives the location data at a server, generates a collection of businesses and individual sellers offering goods or services in the location associated with the location data based on the service area of the businesses and individual sellers and user location, and establishes a real-time communication channel between the businesses and MCD. The MCD displays various real-time communication channels to enable the user of the MCD to communicate with the businesses, and enables the user to purchase goods and services directly through the real-time communication channels displayed on the MCD.

An apparatus that provides a cooperative shopping service in association with a chat application includes a friend information receiving unit configured to receive, from a host device, information about at least one friend or chat room selected from a list of multiple friends or multiple chat rooms managed by the chat application; an invitation unit configured to transmit an invitation message to a guest device corresponding to the friend or a member of the chat room through the chat application; and a cooperative shopping service providing unit configured to provide, both to the host device and the guest device, a list of products that are capable of being put into a shopping cart of the host device and receive order information about product selected from the list of products by at least one of the host device and the guest device, wherein the list of products provided to the host device and the guest device is generated based on a location of a delivery destination determined by the host device.
