System and method of generating existing customer leads
One embodiment of an existing customer lead generation system comprises a vendor customer information database, a vendor criteria database, a web server, a matching engine, and a transmission component. The vendor customer information database identifies vendor's existing customers. The vendor criteria database determines which leads each vendor wants to receive. Separate criteria may be specified for consumers that are existing customers and consumers that are not existing customers. The web server receives characteristics of a consumer and a product or service. The matching engine compares the consumer characteristics with the vendor customer information database to identify vendors for which the consumer is an existing customer. The matching engine applies existing customer criteria to match the consumer with existing vendors. The matching engine applies non-existing customer criteria to match the consumer with other vendors. The transmission component transmits a lead identifying the consumer to the matched vendors.
USER INTERFACE USING TAGGED MEDIA, 3D INDEXED VIRTUAL REALITY IMAGES, AND GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM LOCATIONS, FOR ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
A user interface operated via at least one consumer computing device, a database, and at least one host computer processor, provide an electronic commerce (eCommerce) environment for secured transactions between consumer and vendor members subscribed to the environment. Digital product images are scaled into digital images of environments of intended use for virtual reality observation. Tags to product representations or other features of media performance transmissions are scanned by consumer members for product purchasing, saving for later purchase, and/or sharing with other consumers (e.g. via social networks). Consumers create their own consumer product store with an inventory of items saved within the environment database for later purchasing or sharing. Original vendors initially providing items saved by consumers are rewarded commissions if later purchased from other vendors. Sharing saved items between consumers is also rewarded and provides an efficient B2C2C sCommerce environment and marketplace centered on products and driven by consumers.
Systems and methods for proactively informing users of an age of a merchant during online transactions
The disclosed systems and methods may request a merchant identifier associated with a merchant from a third party, receive the merchant identifier, retrieve or receive a first uniform resource locator (URL) associated with the merchant, and store the merchant identifier and the first URL in a database. In response to a web browser extension detecting that a user is preparing to make an online purchase associated with the merchant, the system may receive an age request for an age of the merchant from a user device and identify the merchant identifier in the database based on a second URL included in the age request. The system may then request the age of the merchant from the database based on the merchant identifier, receive the age of the merchant from the third party, and transmit the age of the merchant to the user device for display.
VOCAL SIGNATURE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A computerized method is provided for digitally signing a digital document related to a transaction request from a customer. The method includes receiving, by a computing device, data related to the transaction request from the customer via a web-based interface. Receipt of the transaction data initiates a request session. The method also includes recording during the request session a voice signature sample from the customer via the web-based user interface and verifying the customer for the transaction request by comparing the voice signature sample with a stored voice print of the customer. Further, a consolidated record for the transaction request is generated that includes the transaction data and the transaction result. The digital document is populated with the transaction data if the customer is verified, where the digital document is treated as being digitally signed by the customer.
AUTOMATED WEBPAGE CONFIRMATION AND ON-LINE AUTHENTICATION PROCESSES
In some examples, a system can collect data from a user device and configure a webpage based on the data. For example, the system can receive a request for a webpage from the user device of a user. The system can receive data indicating at least one webpage previously visited by the user. The system can determine content of the at least one webpage. The system can configure a user interface of the webpage based on the content of the at least one webpage, to thereby generate a configured user interface. The system can provide the webpage with the configured user interface to the user device for display to the user.
COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EXCHANGING DELIVERABLES
A system for exchanging deliverables may be configured to allow a plurality of users to confidently complete transactions involving the exchange deliverables over a computer network. In preferred embodiments, the system may enable the exchange of deliverables between buyers and sellers by providing the buyer, via their client device, with a deliverable and one or more price points that each seller is willing to complete a transaction for. Preferably, each deliverable of the system will have one or more sell offers and buy offers. For buy offers with no sell offers, a recommendation engine in the system can search the internet for sellers who can offer the required deliverable. Furthermore, sold deliverables may be shipped to buyers or be kept at system warehouse. Buy or sell offers might be displayed or Hidden before execution. Some deliverables might be discounted if sold in a specific number and not just one unit.

The data repository may be configured to store algorithms and datasets, each having a respective owning user. The data exchange may receive datasets and algorithms from the data repository, and may perform the algorithms to produce output data. Each of the data repository, data exchange, and shared services may have a different level of security. The data repository may implement the highest level of security, allowing the owner user, and only the owning user, to control how their data and algorithms move in and out of the data repository, or are changed while in the data repository.

A system including a first server that provides a first service is provided and includes communication and control circuitry. The communication circuitry communicates with a terminal of a user having a first account of the first service and with a second server that provides a second service. The control circuitry sends a request screen to the terminal when a request for a commodity or service has been received from the terminal in a non-logged-in state with the first account, inquires of the second server or a server associated with the second server whether the user has a second account associated with identification information of the user when the identification information is entered on the request screen, and sends, to the terminal, display information for logging in with the first account and performing linking processing of the first account and the second account when the user has the associated account.
