The service computing device associates information related to the second item with the buyer profile. The service computing device receives, from a buyer device, an indication of intention to purchase the items in the persistent virtual cart. Consequently, the service computing device may send an order for the first item to a computing device associated with the first merchant and an order for the second item to a computing device associated with the second merchant.

A method comprises receiving, by a computing device, a selection of at least one product to initiate for a customer, determining, by executing a first bot, a product initiation system compatible with a second format and configured to initiate the at least one product, and retrieving, via the first bot, the customer information from a set of previously collected customer information within a product selection form stored in a first format. The method further includes enqueuing, via first bot, the customer information in a workflow queue, and providing, via at least one second bot, the customer information to the product initiation system in the second format, the at least one second bot being associated with the at least one product. The method further includes receiving, from the product initiation system, a notification indicating whether the at least one product has been initiated.

A chat input identifier may receive various chat inputs based on voice or text inputs from a user. The chat input identifier may apply different filters to the chat inputs to identify one or more chat correction pairs (e.g., chat input with errors, corrected chat input) from among the plurality of chat inputs. The chat correction pairs are used to train an auto-correction model. The trained auto-correction model receives a given chat input that has one or more errors. The auto-correction model processes the given chat input to generate a corrected version of the given chat input (without the need to obtain a correction from the user). The corrected chat input is then provided to a dialog-driven application.

Methods and systems for securely transferring and merging an electronic shopping cart curated by an affiliate online service for purchase on a retailer online service is disclosed. The retailer online service provides an anonymous token to the affiliate online service that allows the affiliate online service to curate an anonymous electronic shopping cart for a user that does not include any identifying information that links the user to a guest account of the retailer online service. When the user is redirected from the affiliate online service to the retailer online service, the anonymous token is validated. Upon validation of the anonymous token, the retailer online service obtains identifying information linking the user to the guest account of the retailer online service and obtain a pre-existing electronic shopping cart linked to the guest account. The retailer online service then merges the anonymous electronic shopping cart with the pre-existing electronic shopping cart.
