NAVIGATION MENU BASED ON CROWD DATA
In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a method for a navigation menu of a web technology includes collecting navigation data related to how multiple past users navigate the web technology. The method includes creating, based on the navigation data, a ranked list of navigation chains. The method includes, for a current user, causing display, in the navigation menu, of a high-ranked navigation chain selected from the ranked list.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FINDING LODGING FOR TOURING ARTISTS
A lodging reservation system is configured to receive lodging requests and display the lodging requests through a user interface. The system receives lodging offers in response to the lodging requests, and transmits the lodging offers to the originator of the lodging request. The system further is configured to receive a selection of a lodging offer from the transmitted lodging offers.
ON-LINE PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
A computer-implemented method includes generating on a user terminal a merchant web site associated with a merchant with code for a merchant web page, transmitting a product selection request for the user to a remote open payment system that is separate from the merchant, and displaying purchase information responsive to the product selection request using the code for the merchant web page.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR REDUCING ITEM SELECTION ERROR IN AN E-COMMERCE ENVIRONMENT
Methods and systems for displaying, to a user interface, categories of items for the user to select from for querying the system, in order to enable the system to return to the user images of items of the type desired by the user for possible purchase. The items categories of items can be presented to the user interface visually in silhouette form so that the user can select brand and the silhouette image of the type of item desired. Upon selection of the silhouette image, a query is sent to the system and images of the desired type of item are returned to the user interface for presentation to the user, along with certain attributes of the items.
ACCELERATED DIRECTED EVOLUTION OF MICROBIAL CONSORTIA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF DESIRABLE PLANT PHENOTYPIC TRAITS
The disclosure relates to methods for the screening, identification, and/or application of one or more microorganisms of use in imparting one or more beneficial properties to one or more plants.
Dynamically providing context-based notification and fulfillment
In some examples, a location of a merchant is updated as the merchant moves. A server receives the location of the merchant, and compares that location to the location of a user, so as to determine whether the merchant is located within a first threshold distance or a second, smaller threshold distance from the location of the user. If the user is within the first threshold distance, the server presents a first point of sale (POS) interface to initiate an order from the merchant and present the user with an option to fulfill that order through delivery. If the merchant is located within the second, smaller threshold distance from the user, the server presents the user with a second POS interface that gives the user an option to fulfill the order through pickup instead of delivery.
Systems, non-transitory computer readable storage mediums, and methods for a commerce platform coordinating transactions within third party applications
A method and apparatus for a commerce platform coordinating a purchase of a product sold by a merchant system through a third party application are described. The method may include receiving a notification from the third party application requesting to purchase a product from within the third party application, wherein the notification comprises an identifier for the product and an identifier for the merchant system that sells the product. The method may also include a product checkout interface having an appearance consistent with an appearance of a user interface of the third party application, and transmitting the product checkout interface generated by the commerce platform to a user device executing the third party application causing the third party application to render the product checkout interface within at least a portion of the user interface of the third party application.
WEAR TIME AS METRIC FOR BUYING INTENT
Example embodiments of the present disclosure include a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for providing a recommendation based on a level of buying intent of an individual. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include monitoring an amount of time an individual wears a particular item while in a fitting room of a retail store, and determining an interest level of the individual in purchasing the item based on the amount of time the individual wears the item. The method may further include generating and providing a recommendation for an additional based on the determined level of intent.
Location based register rules
A system, method and computer readable medium for dynamically determining location-based rules affecting item sales at POS registers for a particular location and for distributing the location-based rules to the POS registers is discussed. A location-based ruleset of rules regulating sales of items at an individual store is created and transmitted to the store along with a rule group to item map file that maps rules and warnings to individual store items. A rules engine at the store provides updated item sale rules and warnings to POS registers based on the location-based ruleset and rule group to item map file. Embodiments thus provide an improved system for updating POS registers at different store locations with location-based rules specific to the store location.
Information translation in an online agricultural system
An online agricultural system manages and optimizes interactions of entities within the system to enable the execution of transaction and the transportation of crop products. The online agricultural system accesses historic and environmental data describing factors that may impact crop product transactions and/or transportation to determine market prices for crop products and crop product transportation. Responsive to receiving a request from an entity, the online agricultural system determines an optimal transaction for the entity, such as a price for selling a crop product, an available crop product for purchase, or a transportation opportunity to transport a crop product.
