ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BASED DIGITAL LEASING ASSISTANT
A leasing AI platform receives a message pertaining to leasing a real estate unit, generates a token matrix representing at least a portion of the message, and provide the token matrix as an input to a trained machine learning model. An output of the trained machine learning model comprises an indication of a first category associated with the at least the portion of the message. The leasing AI platform identifies one or more actions associated with the first category, the actions pertaining to leasing the real estate unit, and automatically executes the one or more actions without human involvement in response to receiving the message.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING BUILDING WELLNESS
A system and a computer-implemented method of managing building wellness. The method may include the steps of: obtaining wellness parameters for a building (e.g., an office building) having an occupant(s); processing the wellness parameter to determine a current wellness index for the building and, based on the current wellness index, sending a message regarding the current wellness index to a recipient(s) (e.g., a building occupant), displaying the current wellness index for a user(s), and/or identifying a remediation action(s) to improve the current wellness index.
Systems and methods for indoor air quality based on dynamic people modeling to simulate or monitor airflow impact on pathogen spread in an indoor space and to model an indoor space with pathogen killing technology, and systems and methods to control administration of a pathogen killing technology
Described herein are heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) systems and methods directed to indoor air quality. HVACR systems and methods are based on dynamic people modeling to simulate and/or to monitor airflow impact on pathogen spread in an indoor space. HVACR systems and methods model an indoor space with pathogen killing technology to deploy the pathogen killing technology. HVACR systems and methods are directed to control administration of a pathogen killing technology to an indoor space based on factors that impact airflow including from dynamic analytics, a known input, and/or detection.
System, method, and computer program product for siting a land parcel
Systems, devices, products, apparatuses, and/or methods for generating a land parcel for a siting request in a geospatial area by receiving a land parcel request within a requested region to provide requirements for land development siting indicating one or more requested proximity factors, determining at least one primary site selection having a size below a requested sizing threshold based on information received from a geographical information system (GIS) including land parcel data defining a plurality of land parcels and energy data defining a plurality of energy infrastructures, automatically determines geospatial data representing one or more secondary land parcels and generates an updated site selection comprising the at least one primary site selection and at least one of the one or more secondary site selections.
LINKING SYSTEM AND LINKING CONTROL METHOD
A linking system includes a first linking control device which performs control such that a first building management system that manages building facilities provided in a first building and a first device connected to an internet to linked to realize a specific function, wherein the first linking control device includes a memory which memories linking procedure information indicating procedures for realizing the linking of the specific function; and a linking controller which controls (i) an output to the first device in response to an input from the first building management system or (ii) an output to the first building management system in response to an input from the first device so as to realize the specific function based on the linking procedure information stored in the memory.
COORDINATED AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE AUTOMATIC AREA SCANNING
Methods and systems for autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicle control, routing, and automatic feature adjustment are disclosed. Sensors associated with autonomous operation features may be utilized to search an area for missing persons, stolen vehicles, or similar persons or items of interest. Sensor data associated with the features may be automatically collected and analyzed to passively search for missing persons or vehicles without vehicle operator involvement. Search criteria may be determined by a remote server and communicated to a plurality of vehicles within a search area. In response to which, sensor data may be collected and analyzed by the vehicles. When sensor data generated by a vehicle matches the search criteria, the vehicle may communicate the information to the remote server.
GEOSPATIALLY REFERENCED BUILDING FLOORPLAN DATA
A server system is provided that includes a platform server system configured to store platform map data that is geospatially referenced and includes building outline data for one or more buildings, and provide the platform map data to client computer devices. The server system further includes a tenant bounded server system including one or more processors configured to store building floorplan data for a tenant entity, and provide building floorplan data to client computer devices that are authenticated for the tenant entity. The one or more processors of the tenant bounded server system are further configured to receive a set of building floorplan data for a target building included in the platform map data, determine geospatial reference data for the set of building floorplan data by aligning the set of building floorplan data with building outline data of the target building.
Virtual Re-Inspection Process for a Property
A method implemented on an electronic computing device for verifying a re-inspection of a property includes receiving data regarding the inspection of the property. A determination is made from the data whether requirements for the inspection have been met. When a determination is made that one or more requirements of the inspection have not been met, a determination is made whether a virtual re-inspection is possible. When a determination is made that the virtual re-inspection is possible, one or more photographs are received at the electronic computing device corresponding to the virtual re-inspection. A determination is made from the one or more photographs whether the virtual re-inspection has been successfully completed.
Smart building level control for improving compliance of temperature, pressure, and humidity
A building management system for monitoring and controlling HVAC parameters in a building includes one or more processing circuits configured to initialize a predictive model for predicting temperature, pressure, and humidity within a target area and an adjacent area of the building, receive target area data from a target area sensor array configured to measure temperature, pressure, and humidity of the target area, receive adjacent area data from an adjacent area sensor array configured to measure temperature, pressure, and humidity of the adjacent area, execute the predictive model based on the target area data and the adjacent area data to generate a prediction of future temperature, pressure, and humidity within the target area, and control operation of HVAC equipment to maintain the temperature, pressure, and humidity of the target area within a compliance standard.
Geolocationing system and method for use of same
A geolocationing system and method for providing awareness in a multi-space environment, such as a hospitality environment or educational environment, are presented. In one embodiment of the geolocationing system, a vertical and horizontal array of gateway devices is provided. Each gateway device includes a gateway device identification providing an accurately-known fixed location within the multi-space environment. Each gateway device includes a wireless transceiver that receives a beacon signal from a proximate wireless-enabled personal locator device. The gateway devices, in turn, send gateway signals to a server, which determines an estimated location of the wireless-enabled personal locator device.
