Sales estimating tool for building control system
A method for providing an estimate for a defined building control system comprises displaying on a user interface a plurality of areas in which the defined building control system would be installed. Pluralities of subsystems are associated with the plurality of areas and include at least one typical subsystem that is associated with a defined plurality of building automation components in a database. The method further comprises displaying on the user interface the typical subsystem in association with the plurality of areas. A number of instances of the typical subsystem that are associated with the plurality of areas are also displayed on the user interface. A cost estimate is generated for the defined building control system based at least in part on the number of instances of the typical subsystem.
Interface for uncompleted homes planning
A variety of improved techniques for homebuyers to access undeveloped and/or uncompleted communities with homes that are not yet built and lots that are not yet parceled or recognized with addresses are disclosed.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFYING LOCATIONS FOR PLACEMENT OF REPLENISHMENT STATIONS FOR VEHICLES
A method and a system are provided for identifying one or more locations for placement of one or more replenishment stations for one or more vehicles. The method comprises receiving a historical demand data at a plurality of existing replenishment stations within a pre-defined area. The method identifies one or more point of interest locations within the pre-defined area based on a map data. Further, the method receives traffic information between a plurality of road intersections within the pre-defined area. Based on an aggregation of a first demand prediction, a second demand prediction, and a third demand prediction, the method predicts a replenishment demand at a plurality of locations. The method further identifies the one or more locations from the plurality of locations for placement of the one or more replenishment stations based on the predicted replenishment demand at the plurality of locations and a pre-defined threshold.
System and Method for Hyperloop Traffic Demand Management
A solution is disclosed for traffic demand management of a transportation network. The transportation network may comprise hyperloop modes of transportation as well as non-hyperloop modes of transportation. The solution is configured to generate a socio-economic model, a land use model, an accessibility model as well as a plurality of trip models. The solution further distributes trip models among a plurality of passengers and/or cargo in order to manage traffic within the transportation network. Non-hyperloop modalities may be further associated with the trip models in order to support “last mile” service between a hyperloop portal and an origin and/or destination.
Building design method, device, system and storage medium
A building design method, device, system and storage medium, which obtains the location information of the target cadastral land parcel, and based on such location information, obtains peripheral information of the target cadastral land parcel such as the economy information, community information and transportation information, and based on such economy information, community information and transportation information, controls the cadastral land parcel evaluating device to generate multiple data models of the target cadastral land parcel; such multiple data models comprise economic vitality model, economic value model, noise analysis model and viewshed analysis model, then obtains the indicator data of the target cadastral land parcel such as floor area ratio, land area, city, land usage, functional composition, and the building density, and finally controls the scheme generating device to generate multiple building design schemes based on the data model and the indicator data.
COMPUTERIZED-SYSTEM AND COMPUTERIZED-METHOD TO CALCULATE AN ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR AN URBAN PLANNING MODEL
A computerized-system to provide an economic-feasibility-analysis for an urban-planning-model, is provided herein. An economic-viability module, in the computerized-system is operated for: receiving an urban-planning-model; importing the urban-planning-model into a visual programming language and environment; retrieving urban-site-related metadata from the urban-planning-model; according to the retrieved urban-site-related metadata, converting the urban-planning-model, to a parametric model, by a first pretrained machine learning model. The parametric model is having a plurality of model-parameters. Retrieving a preconfigured environment-set-of-parameters of an environment in a preconfigured distance radius from the received urban-planning-model. Forwarding the preconfigured environment-set-of-parameters to one or more economic-calculators. The one or more economic-calculators analyzes the plurality of model-parameters against the environment-set-of-parameters, by a set of rules and a second pretrained machine learning model; generating an economic-feasibility-analysis of the urban-planning-model, based on the analysis of the plurality of model-parameters, against the preconfigured environment-set-of-parameters; and presenting the economic-feasibility-analysis, on a display unit of a computerized-device.
Economic Development and Collaboration System
An exemplary non-limiting embodiment of an economic development and collaboration system, which enables individuals within a community to efficiently identify and express their interests in one or more economic propositions, is disclosed herein. The economic development and collaboration system comprises a software application which is configured to allow users to uniquely interface with the one or more economic propositions. The system allows for its users to efficiently identify and express support or disapproval of one or more economic propositions. A variety of engagement mechanisms are provided by the economic development and collaboration system to assist users in democratizing their interests. The system allows for a variety of forms of financial support of each economic proposition and provides valuable statistical data which may be utilized by entrepreneurs, business owners, developers, lenders, investors, or public officials when considering whether to implement or support the implementation of one or more economic propositions.
Business model for residential development of vacant abandoned landfills
This invention concerns a method of doing business which is combined with several scientific advancements of technological ingenuity that results in a novel way of doing business. It in fact teaches a “business method” which creates an innovative approach to obtain annual multi-billion dollar financial revenue as monthly rental income; which results from a rather large scale residential development community of 2000 dwelling units per 50 acre parcels; each parcel being developed upon heretofore 10,000 separately abandoned “Municipal Solid Waste” MSW landfill sites throughout the United States. These apartments are exclusively geared as rentals of a 1,020 square foot-two-bedroom apartment dwellings for only Covid-19 “First Responders” and military service personnel, for the unprecedented sum of just $800/month rent. Additionally, as a supplemental “business method” approach, this instant business model also teaches how to solve the nation's Municipal Solid Waste MSW disposal problems forever into the future as an ingenious viable solution into perpetuity. Moreover, it is further postulated within this business model that further collateral financial revenue automatically inures as a natural business consequence of the sheer necessary and vital purchase of construction materials needed herein, thus positioned as a leveraged-buyout; whereby this 76 billion dollar opportunity now becomes an integral adjunct to this unique business model by adopting a “Home Depot” type retail business concept structure as additional revenue sharing for this inventor's shareholders.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REAL ESTATE SPATIAL DATA ANALYSIS
A system and method for providing real estate spatial analysis through a user interface which allows the user to visualize the analysis through maps. A businesses are identified within each of a number of incremental areas of an overall map area. Corresponding land use types are identified for the incremental areas. A predominant land use type is identified for each incremental area. A land use map is generated with colors the respective incremental area using a predetermined color assigned to the predominant land use type for the respective incremental area.
GEOGRAPHIC MAPPING SYSTEM FOR RESOURCE POSITIONING OPTIMIZATION WITHIN AN ENVIRONMENT
A system for geographic resource mapping is provided. The system comprises: a memory device with computer-readable program code stored thereon; a communication device connected to a network; a processing device, wherein the processing device is configured to execute the computer-readable program code to: receive a geographic location for a proposed resource site from a user; extract historical interaction information associated with the geographic location and the user from an interaction database; generate a resource map for the geographic location based on the historical interaction information and the proposed resource site; calculate a landscape score for the proposed resource site at the geographic location, wherein the landscape score compares the proposed resource site with other resource sites associated with the geographic location based on the generated resource map; and based on the landscape score falling below a predetermined threshold, reject the proposed resource site at the geographic location.
