Method and system for identifying conflicts between building frame structure and mechanical systems
The present invention is a computer implemented method comprising: accessing, by at least one processor, a model of a building, wherein the model is comprised of a plurality of members; incorporating, by at least one processor, a mechanical system within the building model; identifying, by at least one processor, at least one instance where the mechanical system interfaces with at least one member; analyzing, by at least one processor, the interface between the mechanical system and the at least one member, wherein a set of actual values are calculated; comparing, by at least one processor, the actual values to required values based on the type of interface, and determining if the actual values is within a predetermined range of the required values, and generating, by at least one processor, a list of interfaces which the actual value it outside the predetermined range of the actual values.
Automated Bill of Materials
A bill of sale is created as part of a design process that creates a copy of the building to be designed within a controller system that will also be used to control the electrical devices in the eventual building. When the entire design process is created within a single platform, the design itself can be used to generate the bill of materials. Integrated information about local suppliers, including currently-available inventory allows invoices for specific suppliers to be created.
System and method for real estate spatial data analysis
A system and method for providing real estate spatial analysis through a user interface which allows the user to visualize the analysis through maps. A businesses are identified within each of a number of incremental areas of an overall map area. Corresponding land use types are identified for the incremental areas. A predominant land use type is identified for each incremental area. A land use map is generated with colors the respective incremental area using a predetermined color assigned to the predominant land use type for the respective incremental area.
INTERFACE FOR UNCOMPLETED HOMES PLANNING
A variety of improved techniques for homebuyers to access undeveloped and/or uncompleted communities with homes that are not yet built and lots that are not yet parceled or recognized with addresses are disclosed.
Systems, Methods, and Devices for Generating and Trading Environmental Credits
Systems and methods of the present disclosure may collect data associated with a user activity. The data may be transmitted from an app running on a computing device with a user account authenticated by the computer-based system. The system may calculate a carbon footprint of the user activity based on the data associated with the user activity. An amount of carbon credits may be assigned to a user account authenticated with the computer-based system based on the calculated carbon footprint of the user activity. A transaction may be written to a blockchain retiring the amount of carbon credits in response to a request to offset a carbon footprint.
AUTOMATED CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
Methods for automatically processing, preparing, and managing a component analysis of a building from a BIM application are disclosed. In embodiments, a 3D model isolated from its surroundings is provided to a system for processing a rules engine to tag duplicate components, normalize component data, and extract relevant components for estimation. Some embodiments may employ machine learning to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the rules engine. The tagged, normalized, and extracted components can then be visualized and analyzed via a user interface. In some embodiments, the components can be exported for further processing and/or preparation into a presentation format. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.
REAL ESTATE AGENT AND BUYER REAL-TIME ONLINE MATCHING SERVICE
A system and method for providing an online, real-time buyer and agent matching service is disclosed. The system includes an agent mobile device, a buyer mobile device, and a web server. The agent mobile device has an agent locator for providing agent current location data to the web server, an agent query processor for responding to a buyer query for on demand showings of available properties, and an agent messenger for communicating with the buyer mobile device. The buyer mobile device has a buyer agent locator for obtaining identities and locations of one or more agents currently available to show one or more of the available properties, a buyer query generator for generating a property showing query to one of the currently available agents, and a buyer messenger for communicating with one or more of the agent messengers. The web server has an agent tracker for communicating with one or more of the agent locators to maintain a set of currently available agents and their respective current locations, a query manager for receiving and processing requests from one or more buyer agent locators, and a notification manager for providing all system notifications to the buyer mobile device and agent mobile device regarding appointments, messages, and offers.
Techniques for automatically generating designs having characteristic topologies for urban design projects
An urban design pipeline automatically generates design options for an urban design project. The urban design pipeline includes a geometry engine and an evaluation engine. The geometry engine analyzes design criteria, design objectives, and design heuristics associated with the urban design project and then generates numerous candidate designs. The design criteria specify a property boundary associated with a region of land to be developed. The design objectives indicate a specific type of topology that is derived from an existing urban layout. The design heuristics include different sets of construction rules for generating designs with specific types of topologies. The geometry engine generates candidate designs that conform to the property boundary and have topological characteristics in common with the existing urban layout.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM INSTALLATION
The disclosure is directed to a photovoltaic installation. A method may include determining a method of interconnection to couple a photovoltaic system to an electrical system of a structure based on site survey information. The method may also include determining an ideal usage offset ratio for the photovoltaic system based on at least some of the site survey information. Further, the method may include estimating, via the electronic device, a number of modules required to meet the determined ideal usage offset ratio. Moreover, the method may include generating a roof plan based on at least a portion of the site survey information, the roof plan including an illustration of each roof section of the roof. Furthermore, the method may include approving or rejecting the photovoltaic system based on a comparison of the estimated production levels and the required production levels. Associated systems are also described.
System for management and verification of code compliance
This system is a decentralized computerized system for administration and management of a construction project having a server configured to: receive a building information model from a design computing device, transmit to the bill of material to a supply computer device informing a third-party supplier to deliver the materials to the construction site, receive a material delivery information, receive material installation information, receive an internal and external inspection information debit a first account associated with the construction site and credit a second account associated with an external inspector, create a certification of code compliance. The server can be in communications with a site computer device is physically associated with the construction site that can be configured to receive the bill of materials the material delivery information from a site input interface, receive the material installation information, receive the internal and external inspection information.
