The set of sourced components can be obtained from component sources. A particular validation source can be selected to validate at least a portion of the sourced components of the set. At least a portion of the sourced components of the set can be validated. The completed workpiece can be generated using the set of sourced components including the validated portion of the sourced components and provided for output.

A method of identifying a home to facilitate a real estate transaction includes generating a set of neural network objects wherein each object includes a neural network model, an address, and an image, training the neural network model in each object to emit a confidence score by a neural network analyzing the image to identify key features, receiving an example address and example image, selecting a set of trained neural network objects wherein each object in the set of trained neural network objects includes a trained neural network model, landmark address, and landmark image, generating a set of confidence scores by applying the example image to the trained neural network model in each object, generating based on the set of confidence scores a result set, transmitting the result set to a user, and displaying the result in the user device.
Financial institution mortgage portfolio asset inventory auction systems and methods
An electronic mortgage portfolio asset auction system includes at least one host computing device that assembles a mortgage asset inventory from received mortgage asset data of a plurality of financial institutions for bidding. The host computing device filters the mortgage asset inventory in view of a bidder's mortgage asset purchase criteria to identify mortgage assets corresponding to the bid order, generates at least one ranked list of the identified mortgage assets by applying financial institution preference criteria, and presents the at least one ranked list to the first one of the plurality of financial institutions.

A method and system are provided for interfacing entities engaged in property exchange activities. The method includes receiving a first signal including a request to engage in a property exchange activity by an acquiring entity, accessing first profile data for the acquiring entity, accessing second profile data for each of a plurality of advisor entities related to the property exchange activity, using the first profile data and the second profile data to generate at least one proposed match between a corresponding one or more of the plurality of advisor entities and the acquiring entity, sending a second signal including a recommendation, enabling the acquiring entity to respond to the recommendation and engage with advisor entities, providing a first advisor connection between the acquiring entity and the first advisor entity, and enabling at least one interaction in at least one advisor activity between the acquiring entity and the first advisor entity.
Single-tier blockchain-based system and method for document transformation and accountability
A single-tier blockchain-based system and method for document transformation and accountability is provided. Transaction documents including document templates relating to a transfer of real property are maintained. Each template includes form elements. The form elements are each associated with a data field identifier and a data value. A data model is maintained for the transaction documents and includes the data field identifiers and the data values for the form elements. A request is received for the transaction documents. The form elements of the transaction documents are automatically populated with the data values via the data model in response to the request. Compliance checking is performed on the data values populating the form elements. A cryptographic hash of the transaction documents is committed to a blockchain copy stored by one or more network nodes in a single-tier when no errors are identified in the data values during the compliance checking.
