AIRWAY MASK INTERFACE APPARATUS
An airway mask interface apparatus for administering gas to a person's respiratory system is provided. The invention acts as a membrane between the person's face and a gas producing mask and covers and forms to the person's facial features and to the contours of the gas producing mask. The interface includes a first conduit passing through the interface in the region of the user's mouth, and a second conduit passing from the first conduit to the region of the user's nose. In this way, gas delivered to the interface passes through the first and second conduits and into the user's respiratory system with minimal leakage.
Single-tier blockchain-based system and method for document transformation and accountability via different node types
A single-tier blockchain-based method for document transformation and accountability via different node types is provided. Document templates relating to a transfer of real property are maintained. Each template includes form elements each associated with a data field identifier. A subset of the document templates are collected as transaction documents for a transaction of a real property transfer. The form elements of the transaction documents are populated with received data values via the data field identifiers of the form elements. Compliance checking is performed on the populated data values of the transaction documents. A cryptographic hash of the transaction documents is provided to a network of nodes, which includes nodes that store different types of data related to the transaction documents. The cryptographic hash of the transaction documents is committed to a blockchain stored by one or more of the nodes in the network.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ON-DEMAND OWNERSHIP MANAGEMENT
A system and method for on-demand ownership management is provided. In particular, a computing device receives an indication of: a first fungible amount of a first type; and a particular property. The computing device identifies an equity indicator associated with the particular property. The computing device converts the first fungible amount of the first type into a second fungible amount of a second type, different from the first type, the second type associated with property value. The computing device causes the equity indicator to change by an amount related to the second fungible amount of the second type. The computing device changes a periodic payment request for the particular property, providable to a communication device associated with the indicator, relative to a previous payment request, to indicate the change to the equity indicator and/or generally causes an action associated with an electronic device.

A server-client architecture including a host server and a client device. The client device executes a client application that communicably couples to the host server. The host server is configured to receive an input including information related to a particular asset, such as a real property. The host server is configured to access one or more third party databases to enumerate encumbrances upon a seller's title to the particular asset and, in response, generate a grading of a property based on, without limitation, the (1) number and (2) type of encumbrances identified by the third party databases. The grading is thereafter transmitted to the client device for display to a user of the client device.

A method implemented on an electronic computing device includes selecting a next home for purchase. Data is obtained from a plurality of sensor devices in a current home and from a plurality of data points external to the current home. The data from the sensor devices and the data points external to the current home are used to automatically select one or more aspects for the next home. One or more next homes to purchase that include one or more of the aspects are automatically identified. One of the identified one or more next homes are automatically recommended to purchase. When to purchase the identified next home is automatically recommended.

A method and system provide areas with lifestyle preferences selected by a user. Generally, a computing device receives a selection of one or more lifestyle preferences from the user. A system and method for document transformation is provided. An address is received. A document set is generated based on the address. Each document includes data fields and an identifier for each data field. A transaction number is assigned to the document set. Data values are received for population of the data fields in one of the documents. The data values and the identifier for the data field in which each data value is populated is stored with the transaction number. The remaining documents are populated. One of the identifiers is identified for one of the data fields in one of the remaining documents. One of the data fields is determined in one of the remaining documents. The data value associated with the data field is identified based on the identifier and the transaction number. The data fields in the remaining documents are populated with the determined data value.
