Remote driving service processing device

A remote driving service processing device includes: a general user terminal by which a requester applies for a remote driving service for moving a vehicle to a destination; a remote control terminal by which a remote driver remotely control the vehicle and sends a remote driving service termination permission request for terminating the remote driving service when the vehicle is having difficulty reaching the destination; and a server that sends a termination approval to the remote control terminal and terminates the remote driving service when (i) transferring the remote driving service termination permission request received from the remote control terminal to the general user terminal, and (ii) receiving a remote driving service termination consent, which is a response to the remote driving service termination permission request, from the general user terminal.

BLOCKCHAIN WITH JOINT CLAIMS ON TOKENS
20220366405 · 2022-11-17 ·

A smart contract including one or more rules is defined and stored on a blockchain in conjunction with a pool of one or more tokens owned by the smart contract. A plurality of conflicting claims to the pool of one or more tokens is received and provided to the blockchain. An indication that a trigger condition is met is received from the blockchain. The trigger condition to determined using the one or more rules. Information indicating a distribution of the one or more tokens to resolve the plurality of conflicting claims is also received. The information is generated using the one or more rules in response to the trigger condition being met.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE IN BIOMETRIC INTERACTIONS

Systems and methods are provided for resolving biometric mismatches in connection with biometric interactions performed based on the biometric mismatches. One example computer-implemented method includes receiving a biometric mismatch alert from a first party for a biometric interaction, where the biometric mismatch alert includes a credential and a reason code, and identifying a biometric provider based on a requestor ID for the biometric interaction. The method also includes transmitting the biometric mismatch alert to the identified biometric provider and determining, based on a response to the biometric mismatch alert and at least one rule, whether to impose an offset on the biometric provider for the biometric interaction. The method then includes compiling and transmitting a reply to the biometric mismatch alert to the first party, wherein the reply indicates the offset being imposed, whereby the first party initiates an offset interaction to recoup an amount of the biometric interaction.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HYPERLEDGER-BASED PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS, ALERTS, AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT, USING SMART CONTRACTS
20230035321 · 2023-02-02 ·

Decentralized computer systems and methods are disclosed for hyperledger-based payment transactions, alerts, and dispute settlement, using smart contracts. One method includes: receiving transaction information comprising transaction data of transaction attributes for a transaction for a good or service originating at a merchant; storing the transaction data of the transaction attributes for the transaction, in a smart contract generated or updated by a smart contract application; deploying the Smart contract into one or more blockchain networks, wherein at least one of the one or more blockchain networks; performing one or more iterations of enabling, using an inter ledger protocol, to transfer at least some of the transaction data of the transaction attributes of the transaction to another of the one or more blockchain networks, wherein each of the one or more blockchain networks serves one or more business functions of the transaction.

Market-based Fact Verification Media System and Method
20220351213 · 2022-11-03 ·

The system and methods described herein provide a way for writers and publishers to stand behind individual and combined facts in their work by offering a bounty to a person who can supersede their own data in support of the fact's accuracy with better data, as measured by a pre-established fact evaluation guideline. Once sufficiently vetted by this system, facts are added to an apolitical certified fact database. Facts in the certified fact database also have a bounty upon their accuracy, however financial responsibility for the bounty is transferred to the system. Subscribers to the system may then download and use fact contained within the certified fact database to enhance their own work, while benefiting from the enhanced readership, interest and. trustworthiness provided by virtue of the bounty.

SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPLICATIONS FOR DIVORCE SUPPORT MANAGEMENT
20220343436 · 2022-10-27 ·

A real-time divorce management system including a processing arrangement having a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium having instructions stored thereon, the processing arrangement having a processor configured to execute the instructions, upon execution of the instructions, the processor is configured to perform the steps of identifying at least one communication to be analyzed, storing the at least one communication on a memory, identifying, by the processor, predefined characteristics contained in the at least one communication, constructing at least one filtered communication, the filtered communication including a modified version of the at least one communication, and storing the at least one filtered communication into the memory.

SYSTEM AND METHOD TO SUPPORT HUMAN-MACHINE INTERACTIONS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY ANNOTATIONS

Techniques to support human-machine interactions for public safety annotations are provided. Live streamed media that includes at least one of audio and video is received. The live streamed media is replicated. The replicated live streamed media is sent to at least two of an artificial intelligence bot and a human for annotation. A conflict between the annotations is detected. The conflict is resolved via an agency selected annotation conflict resolution policy.

Routing claims from automatic adjudication system to user interface

A claim adjudication system including an automatic adjudication pipeline that uses pipeline rules to automatically adjudicate a claim associated with a benefit plan at one or more stages. The automatic adjudication pipeline can redirect the claim to a user interface for manual review when a pipeline rule associated with a manual review condition is triggered. The user interface can present information about the claim relevant to the manual review condition in an integrated format, including highlighting the reasons for the manual review. A user can evaluate the claim in the user interface and provide user input that addresses the manual review condition, and the claim can be routed back to the automatic adjudication pipeline. The user input can also be used as training data for machine learning to adjust pipeline rules that are used to automatically process claims and to redirect future claims for manual review.

SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR GENERATING AND MANAGING MACHINE EXECUTABLE DIGITAL CONTRACTS
20220335553 · 2022-10-20 ·

Systems and methods are used for generating and managing digital data files. More specifically, the system and method generate and manage digital contracts that execute the contractual terms of corresponding underlying legal contracts agreed between the parties. The system and method generate, for each digital contract, a corresponding master document data file representing the underlying physical legal contract document containing the contractual terms and conditions agreed between the parties.

EXECUTABLE CODE BLOCKS BASED ON CAPTURED USER INTERACTIONS
20230131294 · 2023-04-27 · ·

A first contract generation interface may be provided on a first user device, and, through the first contract generation interface, a first user may select a contract type and enter contract formation values (e.g., payment associated with the contract). A template may be retrieved based on the selected contract type and the retrieved template may be populated using the contract formation values. A second contract generation interface may be provided on a second user device for a second user to accept or modify the entries from the first user. Should there be disagreements between the first and second users, a third contract generation interface may be provided to a third user device for a third user to arbitrate the contract formation between the first user and the second user. An executable coded block may be generated based on the captured interactions (e.g., using the templates) and deployed on the blockchain.
