A method for creating a network with a large number or people to view or review live or recorded video streaming from surveillance cameras to document thefts, other criminal acts or other activities which could create a loss to individuals, companies or others. People are recruited to view the videos with a multi-level marketing organization with different levels of membership. Compensation occurs to the multi-level marketing organization when loss through theft or other action is prevented or when the recorded video from members is used to secure payment to the individual, company or other that suffered a loss. Compensating to the multi-level organization is a contracted percentage of the loss prevented or payment(s) received from the offending party, and the compensation to members is a contracted percentage of the compensation received by the multi-level marketing organization. The effectiveness of process may be improved with a social media game highlighting each member's performance to the members at large and by adding a private policing network capable of both locating offending parties and reaching settlement between the offending party and individuals, companies or others who suffered a loss.
Method And System For Providing Reference Checks
A system for checking references is disclosed that can be initiated by an individual for self-verification in anticipation of applying for a position, or a potential employer or user. The system may generate a survey that is distributed to references who can provide feedback based on the survey prompts. The survey may be drafted using parameters input by the individual, or the survey may be drafted using employment related information gathered from another source, for instance third-party website that collects employment data, such as O*NET. Based on received survey responses, a reference report is generated.
The reference checking system also comprises an adverse action process and monitoring system that enables FCRA compliance in the event the reference report results in an adverse action.
Also, the reference checking system provides a structured database for storing and retrieving reference reports designed to help reduce repeal requests for feedback from referee providers.
Mobile Legal Counsel System and Method
A Mobile Lawyer system includes a 360 degree HD video camera configured for mounting on a vehicle; a display screen configured for mounting inside the passenger compartment of a vehicle; and a Mobile Lawyer App downloaded and installed on a mobile telephone in communication with the video camera and display screen, configured, upon command from a user, to notify an attorney located remotely via a cellular and/or computer network, and to display a video image of the remote attorney on the display screen (or the screen of the mobile telephone), and to live-stream a 360 degree video captured by the video camera to the Internet for viewing by the remote attorney and for cloud storage. The introduction of a lawyer on-demand into a police encounter can help to defuse and de-escalate the situation. The lawyer can serve as a live observer, witness, and intermediary who can provide live legal guidance to the user.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTERACTING PUBLIC AND PRIVATE BLOCKCHAINS WITH CONTROLLED PARTICIPATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
A method for controlling participation in a blockchain based on time includes: storing participant profiles, each including a public key of a cryptographic key pair and a period of time; storing a blockchain comprised of a plurality of blocks; receiving a block submission from a specific computing system including a digital signature and a new data value; verifying the digital signature based on the public key stored in a specific participant profile related to the specific computing system; verifying that the specific computing system is eligible for participation in the blockchain based on the period of time included in the specific participant profile and a present time; generating a new block comprised of a block header and the new data value; and transmitting the generated new block to nodes associated with the blockchain. Private blockchains are generated for dispute resolution of things posted to the primary blockchain.
SEQUENTIAL MACHINE LEARNING FOR DATA MODIFICATION
In some implementations, a device may receive a request associated with a data record, the request including a first set of input for a first machine learning model, and the first set of input defining a first set of values associated with a first set of parameters that correspond to the data record. The device may obtain, from a data storage device, a second set of values associated with a second set of parameters that correspond to the data record. The device may determine, using the first machine learning model, a score for the data record based on the first set of input and the second set of values, wherein the first machine learning model is trained to receive the first set of input and the second set of values and produce, as output, the score. The device may determine based on determining that the score satisfies a threshold, and using a second machine learning model, a third set of values for the first set of parameters, wherein the second machine learning model is trained, based on historical information associated with the data record, to receive at least a portion of the second set of values as input and produce, as output, the third set of values. The device may modify the data record by updating the first set of parameters using the third set of values.

Automated system and method for crowd source-based mediation/litigation management
A system and method for semi-automatic conflict resolution management and communication, achieved by hosting a mediation and management application on a cloud-networked server. The application presents via an app or web-link, an input screen to a complainant's device and uploads the complainant's conflict information to the server. The complainant can also e-file the law suit immediately, or after a pre-determined period of time has passed. The defendant is electronically notified of the impending law and offered an option for mediation through the application; and also an option to counter-claim, using the application's interfaces. If the defendant accepts the mediation option, then a certified mediator (likely crowd-sourced) engages the parties and begins negotiations through the application, to arrive hopefully at a settlement. All of these exchanges are managed by the application and performed through the digital devices by the parties and mediator, without requiring involvement of a traditional court process.

Disclosed are various embodiments facilitating a holistic engagement with a user across multiple communication channels of an organization or an enterprise based at least in part on a determined user intent. As users interact with various services associated with the organization through one or more communication channels, interaction data can be captured and stored. In various examples, the interaction data that is stored by the various services can be obtained and organized according to a predefined schema. The organized interaction data can be applied to a trained intent model that outputs a user intent based at least in part on observations of other users with similar histories. The predicted intent can be provided to the different services such that subsequent interactions between the user and the organization can be based at least in part on the intent in a consistent manner, regardless of the communication channel associated with the interaction.
