A Mobile Lawyer system includes a 360 degree HD video camera configured for mounting on a vehicle; a display screen configured for mounting inside the passenger compartment of a vehicle; and a Mobile Lawyer App downloaded and installed on a mobile telephone in communication with the video camera and display screen, configured, upon command from a user, to notify an attorney located remotely via a cellular and/or computer network, and to display a video image of the remote attorney on the display screen (or the screen of the mobile telephone), and to live-stream a 360 degree video captured by the video camera to the Internet for viewing by the remote attorney and for cloud storage. The introduction of a lawyer on-demand into a police encounter can help to defuse and de-escalate the situation. The lawyer can serve as a live observer, witness, and intermediary who can provide live legal guidance to the user.

The central processing module includes an operating unit connected to a database, a display unit connected to the database, and a processing unit connected to the database. The membership module is connected to the central processing module and includes an information module, a contract module and a financial module. The financial module is connected to the central processing module and includes a cash flow unit and a points unit. The service module is connected to the central processing module and the membership module respectively. The agent is allowed to use the service module by activating the service module to retrieve the job details and the job process provided by the appointing party or the appointed party so that the agent is allowed to use the job description for coordination, judgment and appeal.
Logistics sensors for smart contract arbitration
Systems and methods for electronic arbitration of a smart contract in response to environmental sensor data are provided. An environmental sensor signal may include an electronic sensor identifier. A signal context matcher may process the sensor signal at the IOT edge and route sensor signal data to a remote electronic arbitrator. The arbitrator may identify a smart contract on a distributed ledger based on the sensor signal data. The arbitrator may identify a smart contract modification based on the sensor signal data. The arbitrator may instruct a smart contract reviser to validate and execute modified smart contract code corresponding to the smart contract modification using DLT protocols.
System and interface for electronic communication generation and tracking
Various systems and methods are disclosed for enabling a consumer's creation of a communication (e.g., letter, e-mail) addressed to a provider of goods and/or services. Manually and/or automatically by providing access to one or more existing data repositories, the user completes a software-presented questionnaire, and responses are used by the system to customize and populate a templated form. The form identifies, elaborates and, in some cases, quantifies problems with the provider's performance. The system focuses on form letters by consumers to businesses, thereby increasing its depth while avoiding unnecessary complexity. Some embodiments also (at the user's instruction) submit portions of the communication to third parties (e.g., regulatory agencies), track delivery of the communication, and provide background information relating consumer communications with businesses. Some embodiments are tailored to requirements of providers for selected correspondence (e.g., a “notice of dispute” telecommunications providers purport to require before allowing contractual right to arbitration).
BLOCKCHAIN-BASED DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media. One method includes: at a blockchain-based application, receiving a request for resolving a dispute between at least a first party and a second party. A time that the request is received on the blockchain is recorded. One or more potential dispute resolutions is received from one or more dispute resolution providers that are registered on the blockchain-based application. A first selection is received from the first party and a second selection from the second party. At least one of (i) at least one common potential dispute resolution between the first set of the one or more potential dispute resolutions and the second set of the one or more potential dispute resolutions, or (ii) that none of the potential dispute resolutions are acceptable to the first and second parties is determined.
Blockchain-based paperless documentation
Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for enabling paperless documentation. One method includes identifying one or more electronic forms to be filled out and submitted. At each step of a plurality of steps: generating a unique identifier (ID) based on a time that the step is performed and digital content on the electronic form at the time; recording the unique ID, the time, and the digital content on the blockchain; embedding the unique ID in the digital content at the time by changing one or more attributes associated with the digital content to be representative of the unique ID, where the embedding produces information-embedded digital content that enables retrieval of the time and the digital content from the blockchain based on the unique ID; and recording the information-embedded digital content to the blockchain.

The present system and method is directed to a process to facilitate trusted sources of information in an enterprise. The present system and method positions data governance to move away from the element level and focus on the data asset (i.e. repository, interface, subject) level. When data persons are having any issue with their data asset, whether it is a conflicting data asset, interface issues, competing data asset, new data asset build, data subject issue, or the like, a certifier may operate to assess the asset based on our well defined metrics, determine the health through the data asset scoring process, recommend asset services, and provide those services to the data owner who is ultimately responsible for implementing them to improve the data and the data processes.
BLOCKCHAIN-BASED SERVICE EXECUTION METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Appearance data of a target entity is collected as appearance data, where the target entity comprises a physical entity capable of accessing, as a member, a blockchain. The appearance data is registered in a distributed database associated with the blockchain as an identity of the target entity. A target transaction initiated by a member node device in the blockchain is received, where the target transaction comprises the appearance data of the target entity that is collected by the member node device and a service event that is related to the target entity and that is detected by the member node device. A smart contract that corresponds to the service event is invoked. Based on the identity indicated by the appearance data of the target entity, service logic stated in the smart contract is executed.
