Disclosed embodiments perform patent claims analysis using preconditioning rules to determine relevant portions of a reference document. A query is submitted to find a set of patents that are similar to the reference document. A set of matching patents from the query are received and claim construction rules are used to determine how a meaning of claim elements of the patents will be ascertained in further analysis. Patent infringement rules and an artificial intelligence (AI) system are used to search the relevant portions of the reference document with the claim constructed claim elements of the patents returned from the search. The set of patents are ranked based on assigned confidence scores indicating a degree to which respective claim elements match the relevant portions of the reference document, and the results are presented to a client device. The system may a machine learning model and a natural language understanding (NLU) system.

In one embodiment, a method includes identifying datasets associated with a party and identifying one or more decentralized identifiers (DIDs) associated with the datasets. The method also includes generating an aggregated dataset associated with the DIDs and generating a training dataset associated with the aggregated dataset. The method further includes using one or more machine learning algorithms to recognize patterns within the training dataset.

A method and system for generating code snippets to license content are disclosed. In some embodiments, the method includes acquiring a digital asset in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) interface. The method further includes generating metadata and an access uniform resource locator (URL) for the digital asset. The method additionally includes generating a primary JavaScript object notation (JSON) file to create one or more code snippets in different formats for the digital asset. The method further includes activating an abstraction process to automatically generate a truncated embeddable code snippet after detection of a licensing of the digital asset.

In one embodiment, a processing device receives a first digital fingerprint of a media item along with a first content management rule. The processing device separately receives a second digital fingerprint of the media item along with a second content management rule. The processing device determines that the received digital fingerprints are for the same media item based upon a match between the first digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint. The processing device determines that all rights to the media item have been accounted for, and then determines a set of actions to be performed for hosted media items comprising the media item based at least in part upon the first content management rule and the second content management rule.
