Automated collaborative document progress interface in an online document system
An online document system can allow users to participate in collaborative negotiation of documents stored with in the online document system. To facilitate negotiations between multiple entities (each potentially including multiple users with different roles in the negotiation), the online document system includes a permissions system that allows per-clause control over user's access to propose and approve changes to a negotiated document. Similarly, the user interfaces for viewing a negotiated document provided by the online document system to users can depend on the role of that user in editing the document and the current stage of the negotiation of the document. Finally, the online document system can track agreement between sides in a negotiation on a per-clause basis and can otherwise help facilitate the negotiation of the document.
AI solution selection for an automated robotic process
A method for selecting an AI solution for an automated robotic process including receiving at least one functional media including information indicative of brain activity by a human engaged in a task of interest, analyzing the functional media, identifying an activity level in at least one brain region, identifying a brain region parameter and an activity parameter; identifying an action parameter based in part on the brain region parameter or the activity parameter; and selecting a component of the AI solution in part on the brain region parameter, the activity parameter, or the action parameter.
NEURAL NETWORK FOR IMPROVING THE STATE OF A RIDER IN INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS
A rider state modification system for improving a state of a rider in a vehicle includes a first neural network that operates to classify a state of the vehicle through analysis of information about the vehicle captured by an Internet-of-things device during operation of the vehicle. The rider state modification system further includes a second neural network that operates to optimize at least one operating parameter of the vehicle based on the classified state of the vehicle, information about a state of a rider occupying the vehicle, and information that correlates vehicle operation with an effect on rider state.
DYNAMIC PRICE AXES IN FEATURED USER INTERFACES
A user interface for use with an electronic trading system includes a display that shows a bid price axis and an ask price axis, as well as corresponding sizes, and a visual indicator of the inside market. When the inside market changes in response to changing market conditions, the display of the inside market clearly shows a spatial movement of the inside market as well as the representative price(s) associated therewith, thereby rendering the two price axis dynamic axis. The user interface is easy to use, intuitive as well as customizable, and contains features that facilitate efficient electronic trading and shows trading activity pertaining to the user as well as the market in general.
Methods and systems for impression inventory trading
Systems and methods for providing an impression inventory trading platform are described. A specification of impression inventory for sale is received from a seller, the impression inventory having associated therewith a plurality of attributes. Each attribute is specified as either visible or hidden to a potential impression inventory buyer. The impression inventory specification and visible attributes associated therewith are provided to one or more potential impression inventory buyers via a user interface, and negotiation for purchase of the impression inventory is facilitated between the seller and one or more of the potential impression inventory buyers via the user interface.
INDUCING VARIATION IN USER EXPERIENCE PARAMETERS BASED ON SENSED RIDER PHYSIOLOGICAL DATA IN INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS
A system for transportation includes a vehicle interface for gathering physiological sensed data of a rider in the vehicle. The system includes an artificial intelligence-based circuit that is trained on a set of outcomes related to rider in-vehicle experience and that induces, responsive to the sensed rider physiological data, variation in one or more of the user experience parameters to achieve at least one desired outcome in the set of outcomes. The inducing variation includes control of timing and extent of the variation.
Intelligent transportation systems
Transportation systems have artificial intelligence including neural networks for recognition and classification of objects and behavior including natural language processing and computer vision systems. The transportation systems involve sets of complex chemical processes, mechanical systems, and interactions with behaviors of operators. System-level interactions and behaviors are classified, predicted and optimized using neural networks and other artificial intelligence systems through selective deployment, as well as hybrids and combinations of the artificial intelligence systems, neural networks, expert systems, cognitive systems, genetic algorithms and deep learning.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING TRADER LISTS IN AN ELECTRONIC TRADING SYSTEM TO ROUTE A TRADING ORDER WITH A RESERVED SIZE
A system for managing trading orders comprises a memory operable to store a trader list that is associated with a first trader and that designates one or more other traders. The system further comprises a processor communicatively coupled to the memory and operable to receive a trading order from the first trader, wherein the trading order is for an order quantity of a first trading product. The processor is further operable to determine a first portion and a second portion of the order quantity. The processor is further operable to disclose the first portion of the order quantity to a plurality of traders. If a configurable condition is satisfied, the processor is further operable to disclose the second portion of the order quantity to one or more traders that are not designated by the trader list and to prevent the disclosure of the second portion of the order quantity to the one or more designated traders from the trader list.
MULTI-CLAUSE DOCUMENT NEGOTIATION PLATFORM
A method performed by a computing device has been provided. The method includes (a) receiving a draft digital contract (DDC) from a remote party; (b) dividing the DDC into a plurality of draft clauses; (c) for each draft clause: (1) determining a reference clause of a reference digital contract (RDC) that is most similar to that draft clause; (2) calculating a risk score associated with adopting that draft clause in place of that reference clause; (3) causing to be displayed, on a display device: (i) that draft clause; (ii) that reference clause; and (iii) that calculated risk score; and (4) receiving an instruction from a user whether to accept, reject, or modify that draft clause; (d) in response to detecting that at least one draft clause of the plurality of draft clauses has been accepted by the user, recording acceptance of that draft clause in a blockchain.
PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM (PCS) BENCHMARKING TOOL
Systems and methods include a process for generating negotiation targets and estimates for new PCS purchase agreements. A process control system (PCS) benchmarking database is generated using a PCS benchmarking tool and historical data from past and ongoing PCS purchase agreements. The PCS benchmarking database is maintained during execution of purchase agreements using information from executed purchase agreements. A new PCS purchase agreement is compared to previous PCS purchase agreements using the PCS benchmarking tool and the PCS benchmarking database. Negotiation targets and estimates for the new PCS purchase agreement are generated using the PCS benchmarking tool based on the comparing.
