METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR IMPRESSION INVENTORY TRADING
Systems and methods for providing an impression inventory trading platform are described. A specification of impression inventory for sale is received from a seller, the impression inventory having associated therewith a plurality of attributes. Each attribute is specified as either visible or hidden to a potential impression inventory buyer. The impression inventory specification and visible attributes associated therewith are provided to one or more potential impression inventory buyers via a user interface, and negotiation for purchase of the impression inventory is facilitated between the seller and one or more of the potential impression inventory buyers via the user interface.
OFFER MANAGEMENT AND TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A transaction system has Internet-connected partner platforms which display webpages with an Offer-Now button initiating coded instructions to display an electronic input form enabling a person to configure a transaction offer, and an Internet-connected service enterprise providing the coded instructions to the partners, configured specifically to partner requirements. Upon the person activating the Offer Now button from a mobile device, a verification code is sent to the device, to be returned to verify the device, and offer input provided through the device and the electronic form is tracked to be saved as an offer for the transaction.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING VOICE OF RIDER TO IMPROVE EMOTIONAL STATE AND OPTIMIZE OPERATING PARAMETER OF VEHICLE
A system for transportation includes a vehicle occupied by a rider, and an artificial intelligence system for processing a voice of the rider to classify an emotional state of the rider and optimizing at least one operating parameter of the vehicle to improve the emotional state of the rider.
System, network, device and stacked spectrum method for implementing spectrum sharing of multiple contiguous and non-contiguous spectrum bands utilizing universal wireless access gateways to enable dynamic security and bandwidth policy management
A system and method in various embodiments implements a virtual spectrum band stacking technique facilitating spectrum sharing by converting and combining spectrum bands consisting of several different RF channels, common air interfaces, and radio channel protocols in the radio frequency channel domain to form IP Virtual Radio Channels (IP-VRCs) in the packet data domain. This virtual spectrum stacking technique combines the transmissions of contiguous and non-contiguous RF channels with differing physical layers into IP-VRCs. This technique enables simultaneous parallel high-speed wireless transmission; virtual radio channel hopping for enhanced security; and customized security schemes for different IP-VRC Groups. The deployment of the combination of IP-VRC Groups; Universal “Small Cell” Base Stations; and Universal Wireless End-Point Devices allows the aggregation of all available spectrum bands for use within a building environment. Some benefits of this deployment include expansion of spectrum utilization, service quality, security, applications and transmission throughput for wireless end-point devices.
Dashboard Interface, Platform, and Environment for Automated Negotiation, Benchmarking, Compliance, and Auditing
In an illustrative embodiment, an automated system provides for automatic negotiation, benchmarking, compliance, and auditing. The system may include computing systems and devices for receiving a request for transmitting a message to a remote party, and in response, providing a customization user interface including a message template with editable and non-editable input fields as well as a document selection interface for linking documents to the message. Message recipients associated with the remote party may be identified as having security access permissions corresponding to access parameters for the linked documents. In response to receiving inputs for the editable input fields, the message template may be converted to a message transmission format for transmitting the message with the one or more linked documents and transmitted to the remote party. The message and linked documents may be stored in at least one portion of a data repository.
System and method that varies the terms and conditions of a subsidized loan
A system and method that varies the terms and conditions of a subsidized loan includes a data collection circuit structured to receive data related to an item of collateral that provides security for a loan; a valuation circuit structured to determine a value for the item of collateral based on the received data and a valuation model; a smart contract circuit structured to create a smart lending contract, wherein the smart lending contract specifies a covenant defining a required value of the item of collateral; and a loan management circuit comprising: a value comparison circuit structured to compare the value of the item and the specified covenant and determine a collateral satisfaction value, an automated agent circuit structured to automatically implement loan related activities in response to the collateral satisfaction value, wherein the loan related activities comprise: issuing a notice of default or a foreclosure action.
MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE MONITORING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Systems and methods are directed to monitoring the communications to and from a mobile communication device in accordance with one or more embodiments. For example in accordance with an embodiment, data services a mobile communication device's applications maybe monitored against smart contracts stored in a central data center repository and/or written to a blockchain. Other data services may include all forms of communications between the mobile communication device and a third party along with changes to application or data within the mobile communication device. Monitoring the mobile communication device may be done to determine compliance with the smart contracts and whether a penalty or reward on device usage should be applied.
System and Methods for Facilitating Settlement Between Disputing Parties
Methods and systems are provided for use in the settlement process for providing settlement terms between opposing parties. In at least one embodiment, the system receives dispute amounts and best offer amounts from each party. In order to proceed with the settlement process, the difference between the dispute amounts from each party is compared to and must be less than a maximum allowable dispute amount difference. Further, in at least one embodiment, the system determines a suggested settlement amount, in part, using data from each party's confidential best offer. The present system and method provide a safe and non-threatening approach to the settlement process, which promotes compromise and settlement. Moreover, the present system and method provide a simplified procedure for collecting the debt once settlement occurs.
SOCIAL NETWORK-BASED ASSET PROVISIONING SYSTEM
Embodiments are generally directed to providing a requestor with an asset that has been guaranteed by a guarantor, and to negotiating an asset guarantee with various guarantors. In one scenario, a computer system receives an asset request to guarantee a particular asset, accesses a database to retrieve attributes associated with the requestor and prepares a requestor cost function. The computer system then accesses attributes associated with third party participants and a third party cost function associated with the asset is prepared. Next, the requestor and third party cost functions are accessed to generate a new, optimized cost function with a guarantee from the third parties. A customized user interface is then generated that includes an interactive visual arrangement of items associated with the asset. Upon receiving a guarantee and a guarantee amount, the requestor is then provided with the asset according to the optimized asset guaranteeing terms.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF TOKENIZATION
The present invention is a system and method of tokenization, functioning as a distribution model for IP title and validity insurance. The present invention provides numerous solutions to problems associated with current IP ownership models, including the ability to have divisible ownership of IP. Through divisible ownership, applicants or inventors are able to buy and sell interests in the IP at any time. Additional solutions offered by the present invention include: title and validity insurance that can be based on machine metrics; simplified financing; facilitating cooperation between multiple parties for IP development; and a streamlined user friendly IP transactional platform. The present invention offers securitization & digitization of the IP space, which will allow organizations to maximize monetization of their IP and facilitate transactions through increased transparency & streamlined contractual processes.
