Apparatus and methods for executing a transaction protocol for rights to non-fungible tokens (NFTs)
An apparatus and method for executing a transaction protocol for rights to a non-fungible token (NFT), the apparatus includes at least a processor, a memory communicatively connected to the at least processor, wherein the memory containing instructions configuring the at least processor to receive a data collection, wherein the data collection comprises a plurality of data objects associated with at least one NFT, verify the at least one NFT as a function of the data collection, determine at least one designated utility of the at least one NFT, and generate a self-executing transaction protocol for rights to the at least one NFT as a function of the at least one designated utility of the at least one NFT.
EVENT PARTICIPATION AND MEMORABILIA
Methods for creating a collectible item or items, collectible items, and methods and systems for sale, use and distribution thereof. In some examples, a unique collectible item (or set of items) is created relative to an event such as a sporting event by tracking elements of a participant's performance such as with a wearable device, which stores event data related to the participant. The stored event data is then packaged with or without additional data, such as highlights, interviews, images, etc. and provided to a buyer. In some examples, the buyer will have purchased the right to receive the collectible item in advance of the event. The collectible item may be a tangible object, an intangible data file, or a combination of tangible item and data file.
EXHIBITING METHOD OF NFT PRODUCT
An exhibiting method of NFT product includes: sorting multiple NFT products according to the price of each NFT product to generate a first NFT product price sequence table; analyzing the first NFT product price sequence table according to the rarity ranking to generate a second NFT product price sequence table; making the rarity rankings of the next NFT products are all prior to the rarity rankings of the previous NFT products to generate a third NFT product price sequence table according to the second NFT product price sequence table and rarity rankings; defining multiple sections on the website according to the number of NFT products in the third NFT product price sequence table, each section includes multiple blocks; and displaying the NFT products located in the third NFT product price table sequentially in the first block of each section.
Copyright protection based on hidden copyright information
Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for hiding copyright information in printable materials. One of the methods includes generating, by a computing device, a unique identifier (ID) based on copyright information associated with digital content, wherein the copyright information and the digital content are recorded on a blockchain of a blockchain network; determining one or more features associated with one or more printable materials; and converting the unique ID to a digital watermark based on the one or more features, the digital watermark not being apparent to an unaided human eye when printed on the one or more printable materials and enabling retrieval of the copyright information from the blockchain based on the unique ID.

Binding version stamp for smart contracts
In one example, a smart contract is generated such that the smart contract includes a schema and at least two counterparties. An updated version of the smart contract is generated. The updated version of the smart contract is stamped with a version stamp. The version stamp is used to prove the validity of the updated version of the smart contract.
SYSTEM AND PLATFORM FOR CREATING AND MANAGING FRACTIONALIZED NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS
A system and platform for dividing or fractionalizing a non-fungible token (NFT). An NFT is a unit of data stored of a digital ledger (e.g., blockchain) that certifies a digital asset to be unique and thus not interchangeable. The system provides for the creation or minting of a PIE NFT in a divisible format, which allows for the ability to sell, transfer, and/or purchase some or all of the NFT. A PIE NFT thus is fractionalized or divided into separate PIE slices. A platform is created to organize and store data (such as in a database) about one or more PIE NFTs.
USING ON-CHAIN DATA FOR GENERATING A TOKEN DATA FEED
Methods and systems are described herein for performing a cold start operation of a system for acquiring non-fungible tokens (NFTs) using on-chain data. In particular, a user feed initialization system may receive an on-chain address associated with a cryptography-based storage application (e.g., an address associated with a crypto wallet of a user) and determine, based on the on-chain address, NFTs that the user's cryptography-based storage application controls (e.g., NFTs that the user owns). The user feed initialization system may use on-chain data associated with the NFTs (e.g., via interrogating the on-chain programs associated with the NFTs that the user owns) to identify (e.g., via a machine learning model) other NFTs that the user may desire to acquire.
