System and method for property condition analysis
In variants, the method for property condition analysis can include: determining a measurement, optionally determining a set of property attributes, determining a condition score, optionally providing the condition score, and optionally training a condition scoring model.
Driver assistance for a vehicle
Systems and techniques are disclosed for driver assistance. A driver assistance apparatus executes a first plurality of operations for a first frame of stereo images acquired by a stereo camera, and then executes a second plurality of operations for a second frame of the stereo images. The driver assistance apparatus includes at least one processor configured to receive the first frame from the stereo camera and determine a first scheduling for the first plurality of operations in the first frame, execute the first plurality of operations according to the first scheduling, and measure execution times of the first plurality of operations according to the first scheduling. The at least one processor then receives the second frame from the stereo camera and determines a second scheduling for the second plurality of operations based on the measured execution times of the first plurality operations that were executed in the first frame.
BUILDING SCAN WINDOW DETECTION
Methods for detecting a windows in a building utilizing a building scan using an electronic computing device are presented, the methods including: causing the electronic computing device to receive the building scan; processing the building scan; detecting the windows based on no return transparency of portions of the building scan; and incorporating the detected windows into a 3D model corresponding with the building scan. In some embodiments, processing the building scan generates at least the following: a colored point cloud; a 2D floor plan of the building; and a walked path. In some embodiments, detecting the windows based on transparency of a portions of the building scan further includes: decomposing the colored point cloud into walls; rotating and pixilating the walls; extracting transparent features corresponding with the windows; and classifying and smoothing the transparent features corresponding with the windows.
Dynamic attraction inference in route recommendations
A set of images that each include a comparable date, time, and location of image capture, and a directional bearing of image capture are correlated. The directional bearing of image capture specifies a direction of image capture relative to the respective location of image capture of each image. By analysis of image content within the correlated images, a determination is made that the correlated images include different directional representations of a single event, and that the single event is distinct from static fixed-location points of interest. Using the directional bearing of image capture of each correlated image, a location of an intersection region that results from intersecting directional bearings of image capture of the correlated images is identified as a dynamic attraction.

SERVER AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING CITY STREET SEARCH SERVICE
A server for providing a city street search service includes a street information database configured to store city street images, a feature selection unit configured to select at least one feature according to a predetermined criterion when a city street image for searching and two or more features for the image are received from a user terminal, a candidate extraction unit configured to extract a candidate list of a city street image, a feature matching unit configured to match the city street image for registration included in the extracted candidate list and the at least one selected feature, and a search result provision unit configured to provide the user terminal with a result of the matching as result information regarding the city street image for searching.
Modifying a flight plan for inspecting properties based on weather events
A property is identified for inspection based on a determination of a weather event impacting the property. A flight plan usable by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in identifying an extent of damage to the property caused by the weather event is determined. A user interface is presented at a user device. The user interface includes user interface controls configured for toggling layers of the user interface. The layers include a first layer that includes a geofence, a second layer that includes an inspection area of the property, a third layer that includes one of a launch location or a landing location of the UAV, and a fourth layer that includes a base map layer of an area that includes the property. A modification to the flight plan is received via the user interface.
