Method and system for facilitating access to recorded data
The present invention relates to a method and system for facilitating access to recorded data. The system comprises an interface and a processing device. The interface is arranged to receive data and the processing device is arranged to separate the received data in data subsets, compress each data subset and assign an identifier to each compressed data subset, thereby creating data units each comprising a compressed data subset and an associated identifier, the processing device further being arranged to establish an index on the basis of the assigned identifiers.
IMAGE-BASED DEDUPLICATION PROCESS FOR DIGITAL CONTENT
Provided are a system and method for performing image-based deduplication of web content. In one example, the method includes extracting image points from a first image associated with a first web page and image points from a second image associated with a second web page, determining image point pairings between the image points of the first image and the image points of the second image based on content included in the images, executing a regression operation on the image point pairs to determine which image point pairings are a match, and in response to an amount of matching image point pairings being greater than a predetermined threshold, determining the first image and the second image are captured of the same item, and transmitting information about the first and second images captured of the same item to an application.
Automatic building assessment
Disclosed systems and methods automatically assess buildings and structures. A device may receive one or more images of a structure, such as a building or portion of the building, and then label and extract relevant data. The device may then train a system to automatically assess other data describing similar buildings or structures based on the labeled and extracted data. After training, the device may then automatically assess new data, and the assessment results may be sent directly to a client or to an agent for review and/or processing.
Method and system for a mobile computerized multiple function real estate users assistant
An integrated computerized system, method, and non-transitory computer readable media oriented to mobile computerized devices such as tablet computers and Smartphones, for assisting users in conducting site visits and tours to various real properties of interest. The method comprises various software modules, including software modules to assist in various numeric comparative property evaluation schemes, modules to automatically present building floor plans and other information at defined tour locations, and modules to show images or CAD drawings of proposed property modifications (often using augmented reality techniques). Other modules may additionally help manage the tour, including semi-automatic notification of tour itinerary changes, management of tour route instructions, and audio or text narration during selected portions of the tour.
Street greening quality detection method based on physiological activation recognition
A street greening quality detection method based on physiological activation recognition is provided. The street greening quality detection method includes establishing a greening quality factor index system, and obtaining and uniformly processing street greening images; collecting raw data, and performing reclassification and differential wave processing on the raw data to obtain valid physiological data that can be used for activation feature recognition of greening quality factors; calculating physiological activation feature parameters, training the physiological activation feature parameters by transfer learning fusion to determine importance of physiological activation features, and recognizing weighted average greening activation indexes of the greening quality factors; analyzing weighted average greening activation index data of the greening quality factors to form a street greening quality detection model; and inputting annotated street samples to be analyzed into the street greening quality detection model to obtain annotated results of street greening quality grading detection target data.
Building scan window detection
Methods for detecting a windows in a building utilizing a building scan using an electronic computing device are presented, the methods including: causing the electronic computing device to receive the building scan; processing the building scan; detecting the windows based on no return transparency of portions of the building scan; and incorporating the detected windows into a 3D model corresponding with the building scan. In some embodiments, processing the building scan generates at least the following: a colored point cloud; a 2D floor plan of the building; and a walked path. In some embodiments, detecting the windows based on transparency of a portions of the building scan further includes: decomposing the colored point cloud into walls; rotating and pixilating the walls; extracting transparent features corresponding with the windows; and classifying and smoothing the transparent features corresponding with the windows.
BUILDING BLACK BOX
A system and computer-implemented method include a wireless network hub configured to forward received sensor readings to a sensor analysis system. One or more sensor units coupled to the wireless network hub and affixed to a structure are configured to wirelessly transmit data to the wireless network hub at a first time frequency, and, in response to a detected danger to the structure, wirelessly transmit sensor readings to the wireless network hub at a second time frequency greater than the first time frequency.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING BUILDING DAMAGE
A damage assessment (DA) computing device for determining building damage may be provided. The DA computing device may retrieve historical damage data associated with roof damage from a historical damage database, generate a damage model based upon the retrieved historical damage data, identify an building for a roof damage assessment, retrieve damage data associated with the building, compare the damage data associated with the roof to the damage model, and/or determine a damage status of the roof based upon the comparison.
Method to post and access information onto a map through pictures
Methods to access place data such as local business reviews, restaurant menus, merchant details, and other point-of-interest information directly from images is provided. Methods of the invention can enable users to interact with places digitally through pictures and videos. While digital images are captured, the location and orientation of the camera is also recorded. The method compares the digital images captured by the camera with images synthetically generated by a virtual camera placed inside a 3D geospatial model consisting of, for example, LIDAR, satellite image, and GIS data. The camera location and orientation of the virtual camera is iteratively refined until the synthetically generated image matches the camera image. The place information from the synthetically generated image is transferred to the actual picture once the match is completed. User can access the transferred place information directly through the picture.
