INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD, AND PROGRAM
An information processing apparatus includes a specifying unit configured to specify, on the basis of a position of an object in a captured image, from a plurality of control targets, the control target to be controlled in accordance with the object.
Information processing apparatus and non-transitory computer readable medium
An information processing apparatus includes a processor. The processor is configured to receive first image data, and generate, by processing corresponding to information represented in the first image data and corresponding to specific information other than information of a deletion target out of the information represented in the first image data, second image data not representing the information of the deletion target out of the information represented in the first image data but representing the information other than the information of the deletion target.
WORK MACHINE 3D EXCLUSION ZONE
A work machine, a first method of defining a virtual 3D exclusion zone, and a second method of preventing collisions involving a work machine are disclosed. The work machine comprises a body, an implement arm, an imaging assembly, and an electrohydraulic assembly configured to prevent the implement arm from intersecting a 3D exclusion zone. The first method comprises scanning a local environment, generating a virtual 3D representation, identifying key structures, and generating a virtual 3D exclusion zone encompassing the key structures. The second method comprises defining a virtual 3D exclusion zone, monitoring a motion of the work machine, and adjusting the motion to avoid an intersection between the work machine and the 3D exclusion zone. The 3D exclusion zone may be implemented for a number of machines, environments, and key structures without unduly removing control from a human operator.
Automatic image feature removal
Apparatus and methods are described including receiving, via a computer processor, at least one image of a portion of a subject's body. One or more features that are present within the image of the portion of the subject's body, and that were artificially added to the image subsequent to acquisition of the image, are identified. In response thereto, an output is generated on an output device.
Method of automatically extracting information of a predefined type from a document
Method and system of automatically extracting information of a predefined type from a document is provided. The method includes identifying a location and classification of a segment of interest of a document that includes information associated with a predefined type. The method further includes identifying a location and classification of characters from the segment of interest based on characteristics associated with the predefined type. The method further includes extracting the identified characters from the segment of interested associated with the predefined type.
System and Method of Assisted or Automated Crop Transfer
A system includes an agricultural crop receiving vehicle with a bin for receiving and holding agricultural crop material and a camera positioned to capture images of an area proximate the receiving vehicle. One or more computing devices receive the image data from the camera, identify one or more features of a harvester in the image data, determine a location of the agricultural harvester relative to the crop receiving vehicle, and use the location of the agricultural harvester to generate control signals for controlling movement of the agricultural crop receiving vehicle to coordinate receiving crop material in the bin from the harvester or for controlling a graphical user interface to present a visual indicator of the relative locations of the agricultural crop receiving vehicle and the agricultural harvester.
System and method for extracting a region of interest from a captured image of a mailpiece or parcel label
The present disclosure relates to a system and method for extracting a region of interest from a captured image of an item. The system may include a reader configured to capture an image of an item having a computer readable code positioned thereon. The system may also include a processor in data communication with the reader and configured to generate captured image data, the captured data comprising binary image data and identify a first pixel region representing the computer readable code from the binarized image data. The processor may be further configured to remove a second pixel region other than the first pixel region from the binarized image data and store or process only first binarized image data representing the first pixel region.
METHOD AND SYSTEM TO DETECT A TEXT FROM MULTIMEDIA CONTENT CAPTURED AT A SCENE
Detection of textual phrases in a non-horizontal orientation at a scene is a target problem. This disclosure relates to a processor implemented method to detect a text from multimedia content captured at a scene. An input original image is processed by a trained model to obtain individual character with bounding box on the original image. The original image is positioned by a gradient to obtain a rotated image if number of detected characters is not equal to number of expected characters on the original image. At least one missing character bounding box on the original image and on the rotated image are estimated to construct a horizontal text image if number of detected characters is not equal to number of expected characters on the rotated image. At least one missing character in the estimated bounding box is detected by at least one text returned from an optical character reader.
METHOD, APPARATUS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM TO ASSIST LANDING OF AERIAL VEHICLE
Disclosed is a method of assisting landing of an aerial vehicle based on an image. The method includes acquiring an aerial vehicle landing image captured by a camera installed on the aerial vehicle; generating a landing guide object for guiding the landing of the aerial vehicle; generating a landing assistance image obtained by combining the acquired aerial vehicle landing image and the landing guide object; and displaying the generated landing assistance image.
Amendment tracking in an online document system
An online document system can allow users to track various amendments made over time and corresponding to an original document. The online document system accesses the original document comprising a plurality of content sections and a set of amendment documents each comprising one or more amendments to the original document. The online document system applies a machine-learned model to the original document and the set of amendment documents to identify, for each amendment, a content section of the plurality that corresponds to the amendment and a type of amendment corresponding to the amendment. The online document system generates an amended original document comprising the plurality of content sections modified to include each amendment. The online document system displays the amended original document by displaying each of the plurality of content sections and, in conjunction with each content section, any amendments corresponding to the content section are highlighted.
