DESIGN OPTIMIZATION AND USE OF CODEBOOKS FOR DOCUMENT ANALYSIS
A method of generating and optimizing a codebooks for document analysis comprises: receiving a first set of document images; extracting a plurality of keypoint regions from each document image of the first set of document images; calculating local descriptors for each keypoint region of the extracted keypoint regions; clustering the local descriptors such that each center of a cluster of local descriptors corresponds to a respective visual word; generating a codebook containing a set of visual words; and optimizing the codebook by maximizing mutual information (MI) between a target field of a second set of document images and at least one visual word of the set of visual words.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTRACT ANALYSIS
A method is provided comprising: obtaining a counterparty contract, the counterparty contract including a contract that is being proposed by a counterparty to a user; performing a segmentation of the counterparty contract to identify a plurality of sentence clusters, each of the sentence clusters corresponding to a different provision in the counterparty contract; generating a plurality of counterparty provision vectors based on the counterparty contract, each of the counterparty provision vectors being generated based on a different one of the plurality of sentence clusters; retrieving a user provision vector, the user provision vector corresponding to a user provision; calculating a plurality of similarity scores for the user provision vector; detecting whether the plurality of similarity scores satisfies a condition that is associated with the user provision; and outputting a notification associated with the user provision when the condition is satisfied.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLASSIFYING DOCUMENT BASED ON ATTENTION MECHANISM AND SEMANTIC ANALYSIS
The present disclosure in some embodiments provides artificial intelligence or AI-based document classification apparatus and method for providing, based on a hierarchical attention network (HAN) and a semantic analysis technique, an evaluation of a document, and an explainable basis or supporting data for the evaluation, thereby generating an evaluation index for the document.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING ACCESSIBLE USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN GUIDANCE MATERIALS
A system and method for generating accessible user experience (UX) design guidance materials for software products uses page elements that are optically extracted from an input UX prototype page image and automatically classified into predefined element types to find accessibility rules for at least some of the extracted page elements. At least one accessible UX design guidance material is generated for the input UX prototype page image that indicates the extracted page elements and the accessibility rules corresponding to at least some of the extracted page elements.
Enterprise profile management and control system
Systems for profile management and control are provided. A system may receive an instrument or image of an instrument. In some examples, data may be extracted from the instrument or image of the instrument and a document profile may be retrieved based on the extracted data. Images within the document profile may be evaluated to identify a type of document for each document. In some examples, a total number of documents of each type may be determined or identified. The total number of documents may be compared to a threshold. If the total number of documents is below the threshold, the documents or images in the profile may be maintained. If the total number of documents is at or above the threshold, in some examples, each document may be further evaluated to determine or identify documents or document images for deletion. In some arrangements, the profile may be refreshed and documents or images identified for deletion may be deleted.

METHODS, SYSTEMS, ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE, AND APPARATUS FOR DECODING IMAGES
Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed for decoding images. An example apparatus to decode an image comprises interface circuitry to receive an image of a purchase document, and processor circuitry to execute the machine readable instructions to extract text from the image of the purchase document, the image of the purchase document to memorialize a transaction that includes at least one product; determine a type of the purchase document to which the image corresponds; apply one of a first pipeline or a second pipeline to the image of the purchase document based on the type of the purchase document; obtain purchase facts corresponding to a respective one of the at least one product memorialized in the image of the purchase document; and map the obtained purchase facts against a products database to identify the at least one product memorialized in the image of the purchase document.

Document retrieval through assertion analysis on entities and document fragments
Document retrieval through assertion analysis on entities and document fragments is disclosed. A document is received. Logical structures and entities are extracted from the document by parsing the document. For an entity in the extracted entities, an object representing the entity is created, an assertion made in the document associated with the entity is determined, and the assertion is linked to the object representing the entity. A logical structure from the extracted logical structures and content of the logical structure containing the assertion are identified and linked to the object representing the entity.
