METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPENING AND/OR USING AT LEAST ONE VEHICLE
A method for opening and/or using at least one vehicle may include receiving, by a mobile terminal, an identifier assigned to a target vehicle. The identifier may be transmitted to a server, and a key data set may be received from the server. The key data set and/or a code based on the key data set may be transmitted as a remote code to the target vehicle. The target vehicle may generate at least one local code after receiving the remote code, and may compare the remote code to the local code(s). The target vehicle may be opened and/or released, or a vehicle command may be executed if at least one of the local codes corresponds to the remote code.
Method and device for authenticating a user to a transportation vehicle
A method for authenticating a user on a transportation vehicle, wherein the transportation vehicle is coupled to an external device storing an authentication secret code and to at least one token storing a token secret code. In the method the token secret code is transmitted to the transportation vehicle when an operator control action performed with the at least one token is sensed. A new secret code is generated from the token secret code and is compared with the authentication secret code. When the new secret code matches the authentication secret code, the user is authenticated on the transportation vehicle. Also disclosed is an apparatus for authenticating a user on a transportation vehicle.
Communication system and communication device
[Object] To provide a novel and improved communication system and communication device that make it possible to reduce an amount of time from when communication with an external device is completed to when communication data corresponding to a communication result is output to another device. [Solution] Provided is a communication system including: a communication device configured to transmit a selection solution that is selected depending on a result of first communication with an external device; and a control device configured to receive the selection solution from the communication device through second communication between the communication device and a communication partner that is different from the external device serving as a communication partner in the first communication.
Anti-theft control method and anti-theft control system
An anti-theft control system includes an electronic key and anti-theft equipment. The electronic key includes a display. The electronic key carries out a first identification step to decide the display whether to show an authentication information related to a user of the electronic key. An image pick-up device of the anti-theft equipment reads the authentication information on the display and determines whether to release the anti-theft state. If the electronic key is lost, a person picking up the electronic key cannot pass the verification of the first identification step and, thus, cannot use the electronic key to control the anti-theft equipment. An anti-theft control method can be carried out using the anti-theft control system.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A wireless communication system includes: an in-vehicle unit mounted on a vehicle and capable of wirelessly transmitting an access signal when an operation unit is operated; a portable device capable of wirelessly transmitting a vehicle-specific authentication code on a condition that the access signal is received; and a determination unit capable of determining whether or not the authentication code is a regular authentication code on a condition that the authentication code is received. Start of a driving source of the vehicle is permitted or running of the vehicle is enabled when the determination unit determines that the authentication code is the regular authentication code, and a security mode in which a function of transmitting the access signal by the in-vehicle unit or a function of transmitting the authentication code by the portable device is stopped can be set by a predetermined setting operation.
METHOD FOR SETTING LINKING BY MEANS OF DOOR LOCK ADMINISTRATOR RIGHT
The present invention relates to a method for setting linking by means of a door lock administrator right, and the objective of the present invention is to set linking such as that of password resetting of a door lock only through a smart device having acquired a door lock administrator right through administrator password setting.
VEHICLE REMOTE KEY SYSTEM AND SMART KEY AUTHENTICATION METHOD FOR THE SAME
A smart key authentication method for a vehicle remote key system that includes a smart key performing bi-directional communication with a vehicle to control the vehicle and a vehicle authentication module provided at the vehicle to authenticate the smart key is provided. The smart key authentication method includes generating, by the vehicle authentication module, a random number and sharing the random number with the smart key and performing a first authentication process based on the random number, and performing, by the vehicle authentication module, a second authentication process by comparing at least one location information value among an access point (AP) list, a satellite-based positioning sensor value, or a geomagnetic sensor value, which are respectively measured at the vehicle and at the smart key and determining whether or not to permit an authentication to the smart key.
Usage of GPS on door security
A lock system including an electronic lock and a wireless device having a location determining utility configured to determine a location of the wireless device. The electronic lock and the wireless device communicate wirelessly with one another and send commands to and from one another to perform a specific task when the wireless device is within a specified range of the electronic lock. The location of the wireless device and a speed of the wireless device may be used to calculate an estimated arrival of the wireless device at the electronic lock, and the specific task may be performed substantially at the estimated arrival.
CAR SHARING SYSTEM AND CAR SHARING METHOD
A car sharing system includes a car sharing device. The car sharing device includes a key function unit and a user authentication function unit. The key function unit allows a device of a vehicle that is shared with multiple people to operate by performing ID verification through a process similar to an electronic key of the vehicle. When the device of the vehicle is operated with a mobile terminal, the user authentication function unit obtains key information from an external device via the mobile terminal and performs authentication of the key information. When authentication of the key information is accomplished and use of the vehicle is within a reservation time, the user authentication function unit validates the key function unit. The key information is generated as information that is permitted only a temporary use.
CAR SHARING SYSTEM
A car sharing system includes a car sharing device installed in a vehicle. The car sharing device is configured to perform ID verification via an electronic key system of the vehicle in a state in which key information registered to the mobile terminal has been authenticated to allow an onboard device to be operated by the mobile terminal. The car sharing system includes a key function unit that implements a smart function to perform the ID verification through bidirectional short-range wireless communication with the electronic key system, a determination processing unit that determines whether or not a condition for permitting actuation of the smart function has been satisfied, and an actuation switching unit that validates the smart function if the condition for permitting actuation of the smart function has been satisfied.
