System and method for transmitting unlock codes based on event triggers
The disclosure generally relates to a system and method for randomly generating unlock codes and identifiers for locks, and creating unlock code and identifier pairs. In an exemplary embodiment, the invention is integrated with, or part of, a distributed management system that controls access to various locations, such as, for example, self-storage units, hotel rooms, apartment buildings, storage containers, short-term housing rentals, lockers, equipment rooms, vaults, hospitals, airports, government facilities, nuclear power facilities, water treatment facilities, weapon storage facilities, aircraft cockpits, and any other setting that requires restricted, selective, or monitored access that can be remotely, controlled, whereby users can receive unlock codes electronically on their mobile device.
STANDARD MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE DISTRACTION PREVENTION AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Methods and systems for providing standardized mobile device distraction prevention and safety protocols are disclosed. In particular, an embodiment of a method for activating a distraction prevention or safety protocol behavior in a mobile device when the mobile device satisfies a specific condition is disclosed. The method includes discovering one or more protocol activators configured to transmit discovery information associated with a specific condition. The method further includes activating distraction prevention safety protocol behavior in the mobile device based at least in part on the discovery information. In an implementation, the specific condition may be a specified environment itself and or include an event when the mobile device enters a specified environment or a specified sequence of numbers is dialed from the mobile device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING DISTRIBUTED ENCRYPTED COMBINATION OVER-LOCKS FROM A REMOTE LOCATION
The disclosure generally relates to a system and method for managing distributed encrypted combination over-locks from a remote location. In an exemplary embodiment, the invention is directed to a distributed management system for self-storage facilities that provide customers with immediate access to an over-locked space upon payment of delinquent past due balances.

Electronic wireless hand held multimedia device
An electronic wireless hand held multimedia device includes a microprocessor and more than one wireless transceiver modules enabling wireless communications over a variety of standards, including Cellular (e.g., GSM, CDMA, GPRS, 3G), 802.11 (e.g., WLAN), and short range (e.g., Bluetooth, infrared, RFID) for the retrieval, processing, and delivery of multimedia data to/from remote data resources (e.g., Internet, servers). The hand held device can include any of: a touch sensitive display screen configured to display multimedia data including video, text, GPS maps, and accept user input: a cartridge reader configured to exchange data with an electronic cartridge; a GPS module configured to operate with mapping resources and provide location information and GPS mapping; a mobile payment module enabling mobile payments via a variety of billing arrangements; a security module enabling protected data management and communications security; a video camera enabling the capture, storage, processing, and transmission of video and pictures.
ELECTRIC LOCK AND CLUTCH MECHANISM THEREOF
An electric lock includes a base, a driving module, a handle and a clutch module. The driving module includes a driving member rotatable relative to the base, and a motor configured to drive the driving member to rotate. The handle is rotatably mounted to the base, and has a plurality of pushing structures. The clutch module includes a clutch base adjacent to the handle, and a clutch unit arranged on the clutch base. Wherein, when the motor drives the driving member to rotate to a first position, the driving member drives the clutch unit to radially move toward the handle, such that the pushing structure is configured to abut against the clutch unit for pushing the clutch base to rotate via the clutch unit when the handle is rotated.
Driver circuit for an inductor coil
A driver circuit, a method for operating an inductor coil and an active transmission system, wherein a capacitor is charged by means of a charging current to a reference voltage and the charged capacitor is discharged in an oscillating manner via the inductor coil. The inductor coil is short-circuited when the voltage on the capacitor or a current flowing in the inductor coil has passed through at least one complete oscillating period.
MULTI DOOR REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTER
A remote control transmitter (50) for operating two or more a garage door operators, said remote control transmitter (50) including: a plurality of switches (62) that are selectable to provide an address; a microcontroller (60) coupled to said plurality of switches (62) for generating a coded signal in a selected data transmission format, said coded signal including the selected address; a first button (52), second button (54) and third button (56) connectable to the microcontroller (60) for respectively opening, closing and stopping a garage door associated with a corresponding garage door operator; and an encoded switch (58) coupled to said microcontroller (60) for selecting one among the two or more garage door operators. The microcontroller (60) of the transmitter (50) is wirelessly connectable to the corresponding internal on-board radio receiver of the microcontroller of a selected garage door operator.
Mobile key devices systems and methods for programming and communicating with an electronic programmable key
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for communicating information, altering access rights, and transferring power to and from an electronic programmable key are disclosed. Using a wireless channel of communication established between the key and a mobile device, information and access rights can be communicated from and to the electronic programmable key. Using the mobile communication device's network connection, a further channel of communication may be established between a control center and the electronic programmable key.
