TAMPER RESISTANT LOCK ASSEMBLY HAVING PHYSICAL UNCLONABLE FUNCTIONS
A user-customizable locking assembly includes a user-customizable key, a user-customizable key receiver, and a key receiver receptacle. Each of the user-customizable key, a user-customizable key receiver, and a key receiver receptacle includes a physical unclonable function (PUF) circuit configured to provide a PUF response in response to receiving a challenge signal. The PUF circuits of the user-customizable key and a user-customizable key receiver include personalization fuses that allow a user to further personalize or change the PUF response produced by the corresponding PUF circuits. The key receiver receptacle also includes anti-theft fuses, which are activated if the user-customizable key receiver is removed from the key receiver receptacle. In use, a protected system may utilize the PUF responses from the each of the PUF circuits to authenticate the user-customizable locking assembly.
Multi position rotary switch operating as a security pin
A multi-position rotary control provides authentication for a battery operated portable communication device. The rotary control provides a rotary switch pin code which is combined with voice authentication as part of an authentication process. Upon completion of authentication, the rotary control reverts back to a default radio control.

It is presented a portable access control communication device comprising: a housing for protecting a key device, the access control communication device; a socket arranged to hold a blade of a key device, the socket comprising a connector for communication with the key device; a cellular radio communication module; and a controller. The controller is arranged to communicate, using the cellular radio communication module, with an access control device over a cellular communication network when a key device is provided in the socket such that there is electric contact between the key device and the socket. A corresponding method, computer program and computer program product area also presented.
KEY DEVICE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT
It is presented a key device comprising: a mechanical interface for mechanically manoeuvring a lock device upon successful access control. The mechanical interface comprises a connector for powering the lock device and for communication with the lock device such that the lock device is able to perform electronic access control using the key device. The key device further comprises a clock; a memory; a radio communication module; and a controller arranged to, using the radio communication module communicate online with an access control device and use the memory as temporary storage for offline communication between the access control device and one or more lock devices. A corresponding method, computer program and computer program product are also presented.
Mobile key devices systems and methods for programming and communicating with an electronic programmable key
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for communicating information, altering access rights, and transferring power to and from an electronic programmable key are disclosed. Using a wireless channel of communication established between the key and a mobile device, information and access rights can be communicated from and to the electronic programmable key. Using the mobile communication device's network connection, a further channel of communication may be established between a control center and the electronic programmable key.
PATTERNED LOCKING KEY, KEY BOX COMBINED THEREWITH, LOCKING UNIT HAVING THE PATTERNED LOCKING KEY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE PATTERNED LOCKING KEY
A locking key for changing a locked state by being inserted into a key box includes a first base including a metal complex and in which a first pattern groove is formed, and a first pattern provided in the first pattern groove and including a conductive material.
Key device and associated method, computer program and computer program product
It is presented a key device comprising: a mechanical interface for mechanically maneuvering a lock device upon successful access control. HISTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ELECTRONIC LOCKING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a history management system of an electronic locking device. According to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, since the log information of an electronic key is transmitted from an electronic locking device to an external terminal through the electronic key or directly transmitted to the external terminal so that the manager can check the log information through the external terminal, and as a result, the manager can efficiently perform the history management of the electronic locking device and improving the security management efficiency of a used place of the electronic locking device.
Inductive coded lock system
An inductive coded lock system includes an inductive lock mechanism, and a conductive key/target. The inductive lock mechanism includes multiple inductor coils and sensor circuitry. Each inductor coil is operable to project a magnetic field defining a sensing area proximate to the inductor/coil, the inductor coils being spatially arranged to define a key/target sensing area incorporating each inductor coil sensing area. The sensor circuitry drives inductor coils, and measures sensor response (such as with an inductance comparator) to a key/target inserted within the key/target sensing area, including detecting an unlock condition corresponding to a pre-defined coded lock pattern. The key/target includes active and inactive areas (such as conductive/nonconductive) corresponding spatially to the sensing areas in the key target sensing area, the active and inactive areas arranged in a pre-defined coded key pattern corresponding to the pre-defined coded lock pattern. The coded lock and key patterns can be binary coded.
