A motion detector (e.g., request to enter detector) includes a motion sensor, a first Bluetooth® radio that operates in a beacon mode, and a controller that executes instructions. The instructions cause the controller to detect a motion event via the motion sensor, initiate a timer for a predetermined time in response to the detected motion event, broadcast a beacon message in response to the detected motion event via the Bluetooth® radio, and terminate the broadcast of the beacon message upon expiration of the timer.

The invention provides a system for generating guest-specific service suggestions for a guest within a facility such as a hospitality facility. The system comprises a location device carried or worn by the guest within the facility; one or more location detecting devices arranged at the facility, the location detecting devices being arranged to detect the location device carried or worn by the guest, and to communicate one or more location detection signals to a computer implemented analytic module; wherein the analytic module is configured to determine location data for the location device carried or worn by the guest and, based on said location data and/or data from a person attribute database, predict a behavior of the guest from at least said location data and communicate behavior information to one or more service devices.

A display control method performed using a system including an information processing server includes: (a) obtaining, using a sensor, a user state indicating whether a user is currently cooking using a cooker, when an image of a delivery person delivering an item to a building in which the user is present is captured by a camera provided at an entrance door of the building; (b) obtaining content information of the item; (c) obtaining at least one suggestion associated with the user state and the content information of the item; and (d) causing a display terminal provided in the building to display the image of the delivery person, the content information of the item, and the at least one suggestion. In one embodiment of the set-top box, a wireless transceiver is located within a housing, which also interconnectively includes a signal input, a signal output, a processor, and memory. The set-top box may then reprogram the electronic door locking apparatus as well as control amenities, such as a display, in response to presence signal from the electronic door locking apparatus.
