Locker system for storage and delivery of packages
A modular system of locker banks for receipt and delivery of packages is described. The system may include associate modules each having one or more lockers and a control board in communication with each of the lockers in the module. Each locker may include a locker board having a processor and memory configured to control operation of the locker. Each locker may include a lock and a light. The system may further include one or more control modules, each having the above components and further including a kiosk having one or more input and output devices for entering information to the module for controlling operation of the system. The modular system may be connected to a server and/or an administrator terminal.
WIRELESS NETWORK, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONFIGURATION, OPERATION AND USE OF MOTORIZED, WHEELED AND STEERABLE PASSENGER-CARRYING CARTS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES
A wireless network, systems and methods, wherein each passenger-carrying rideable vehicle deployed in the system includes: a modular construction consisting of a lightweight body driven by an electric-battery driven motor, and specially adapted for receiving a customizable ornamental body having the appearance and personality of a particular or an inanimate object; motorized and/or animated elements disposed beneath the animal character skin covering for enabling animal behaviors and/or expressions that promote a fun and entertaining ride experience; an audio-transducers mounted within the animal character body for playing music from smartphone applications and animated animal character body portions to provide a sense of realism and excitement as the electric entertainment vehicle is ridden through an amusement facility.
System and method for providing restricted access to storage compartments
A restricted access locking system for storage furniture. The system comprises one or more processors and one or more computer-readable non-transitory memory coupled to one or more of the processors, the one or more computer-readable non-transitory memory including instructions operable when executed by one or more of the processors to sense, via a first sensor that is communicatively coupled to the processor, an input biometric security credential to generate a first signal based on whether the input biometric security credential maps with a key biometric security credential pre-configured and stored within the memory; and generate a second signal via the processor subsequent to the reception of the first signal by the processor for actuating at least one lock, mounted on one or more storage compartments of the storage furniture, to an open position, wherein the at least one lock is communicatively coupled to the processor.
SAFE WITH BIOMETRIC LOCK MECHANISM
A safe for the storage of a valuable, such as a firearm. The safe has an imaging system that is used to scan a portion of a human in the near infrared spectrum to image blood vessels and determine if the image matches a stored image and thereafter effect unlocking of the safe. A manual override lock system is provided to manually effect unlocking of the safe.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GRANTING ACCESS TO COMPARTMENTS OF A COMPARTMENT INSTALLATION
Disclosed is a method in which a key is acquired; access information is generated; and the access information is encrypted with the key. Further, an indicator is associated with the access information and first data is output. The first data includes the access information encrypted with the key and the indicator. Third data is acquired from an apparatus having a key for decrypting the encrypted access information, and the third data includes a code word and an indicator. Access information is determined from the third data, and it is ascertained whether the code word authorizes access. Access is granted to a compartment installation if it was ascertained that the code word authorizes access. Two associated methods, one performed by a mobile apparatus, and another performed by a system are disclosed. Furthermore, corresponding apparatuses, systems, and computer programs are disclosed.
A METHOD OF CONTROLLING AN ELECTRONIC SAFE LOCK
A method of controlling an electronic safe lock (1) with an electronic unit (2) of the lock (1) and with an electronic remote control unit (3) wherein the blocking mode of the lock (1) unlocking is activable/deactivable from the remote controller (4), when an blocking signal (21)/remote unblocking signal (22) is generated in the remote controller (4) and this signal is transmitted via the electronic remote control unit (3) to the electronic unit (2) of the lock (1), where it blocks/unblocks the unlocking of the lock (1). Wherein in the blocking mode of the lock (1) unlocking, the lock (1) can also be unlocked from the local controller (5) by generating a local unblocking signal (23) and transmitting it to the electronic unit (2) of the lock (1), where it cancels the effect of the blocking signal (21). Subsequently, the internal unlocking signal is activated.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EXPEDITING THE DELIVERY OF FOOD ORDERS TO CUSTOMERS
Automated food delivery methods and systems using computer-managed delivery to an array of food delivery enclosures and computer-enabled customer access to the food delivered to the enclosures. Customers using the methods and systems may utilize their personal communication device such as a cell phone or tablet to order food and subsequently open an enclosure containing their food order.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM AND METHOD
The present disclosure enhances security of a service of storing baggage in a locker loaded in a vehicle. An information processing apparatus of the present disclosure includes a controller configured to, for baggage stored in a locker loaded in a vehicle, make a notification that confirms unlocking of the locker to a user terminal associated with the baggage, with a locked state of the locker being maintained, when a predetermined event related to unlocking of the locker is detected before a first date and time set in advance. The controller decides whether or not to take out the baggage from the locker based on an answer to the notification from the user terminal.
RECHARGEABLE ELECTRONIC LOCK
An electronic lock, including: a power storage device; and a means for providing power to the power storage device.
MOBILE MULTI-ZONE REFRIGERATOR
A mobile multizone refrigerator comprises a plurality of secure refrigerated storage zones each having a lockable door connected to a zone opening controller. The zone opening controller is connected by a network interface to a server capable of receiving and facilitating zone opening requests from the user devices of affiliated users of the storage zones. Upon receipt of an authenticated zone opening request, the server will transmit a zone opening instruction to the controller affiliated with the storage zone in question, resulting in its opening. The refrigerator is mobile allowing it to be moved into and between locations with ease.
