In a delivery network system, deliver a server that holds requested content is determined, using information included in a content request message from a communication terminal. A file or stream of the requested content is read from the determined server. When the content is moving image content, a bandwidth of a mobile network is estimated, based on a response signal or a congestion state notification signal from the communication terminal. The moving content is transmitted by controlling a timing of transmitting the read file or the read stream so as not exceed the estimated bandwidth.

A parcel delivery system and method are provided. The parcel delivery system includes a parcel receptacle unit with one or more lockers that securely receives parcels from any commercial carrier and provides for users to retrieve their parcel. The parcel delivery system includes a parcel receiving system that receives a parcel identification code from multiple sources such as a confirmation delivery message, direct from user, automatically scanned codes during delivery, or manually entered codes during delivery or provided during review post-delivery. Upon arrival to a designated receiver, the parcel is processed and the parcel receiving system captures images of the parcel and of an identification code. Once the identification code of the parcel is verified, an available locker is selected based on the detected size of the parcel and opened to receive the parcel. A locker access code is generated and sent to a receiver for retrieval of the parcel.

This present invention relates to a firearm storage system comprised of a headboard cabinet for concealing firearms, ammunition and other items of value. Portions of the firearm storage system are quickly and securely repositionable between a concealed position and an open position, thereby giving the user quick access to his or her firearms in a time of need. More specifically, the secure headboard or cabinet includes an electronic lift that may be controlled by a wireless activator that raises a concealed portion of the cabinet upwards, thereby revealing the drawers or cabinets containing the firearms.

The present disclosure relates a set of electronic keys for an electronic lock. The set of electronic keys includes at least one passive electronic key having a passive digital key, and at least one active electronic key having an active digital key. Each of passive and active electronic keys includes a communication channel and an electronic key power supply port. The active electronic key includes electrical power source providing electrical power supply to the active electronic key itself, the electronic lock and the passive electronic key through the electronic lock to operate the electronic lock. A multi sensor detection and disabling lock system includes detector cases for holding interchangeable detectors that sample for chemical, biological and radiological compounds, agents and elements, with each detector case disposed in or upon the monitored product. The detector case transmits detection information to a monitoring computer terminal and transmits a signal to a lock disabler engaged to the product to lock or disable the product's lock thereby preventing untrained, unauthorized and unequipped individuals from gaining access and entry to the product, and also preventing further contamination of the area. The detection system can be interconnected to surveillance towers scanning detector cases disposed at seaport docks, freight depots and rail terminals for monitoring containers being prepared for shipment or sitting on docks for long periods of time.
