SECURE GUEST ENROLLMENT AT ELECTRONIC LOCK
Secure enrollment of a user with an electronic lock is provided. Enrollment with the lock may include a verification process and a secure enrollment mode based on verification of a unique enrollment code (UEC) associated with an enrollment invitation link that may be provided to the user. Selection of the link may direct the user’s mobile device to a client application, where an option may be provided for initiating the verification process. The UEC may be communicated to and presented by the lock. The user’s device may capture the presented UEC, which may be compared against the UEC generated in association with the link. When validated, the lock may enter the secure enrollment mode, where the user can register an actuation passcode, or the lock may be paired with the mobile device over a short-range wireless connection, which may allow the user to actuate the lock via the client application.
ON-DEMAND INSURANCE FOR VEHICLE SHARING
Disclosed embodiments include systems, vehicles, and methods for ensuring an insurance policy is in place to cover use of a vehicle by an authorized user. In various embodiments, a computing device associated with the vehicle executes computer-executable instructions to determine an identity of a user seeking to operate the vehicle and whether an insurance policy associated with the vehicle covers operation of the vehicle by the user. Responsive to a determination that the user is not associated with the insurance policy covering the use of the vehicle, operation of the vehicle by the user is enabled in response to a further determination that the user is covered by an existing insurance policy associated with the user that provides coverage for the operation of the vehicle by the user and an on-demand insurance policy secured by the user that provides coverage for the operation of the vehicle by the user.

Systems and Methods for Managing Real Estate Titles and Permissions
Methods and systems for managing real estate titles and permissions include using a key to identify titles and/or permissions. The key is preferably operable to control operations of electronic devices within geographic boundaries, with the geographic boundaries preferably being defined by a geofence and/or IP-based addressing. In certain embodiments, a system is linked to real property records to assign the key to the owner of record. Like other property rights, this virtual right-to-control electronic devices while located in a certain space may be sold outright, leased, rented, partitioned or otherwise conveyed to others.
Access control system with trusted third party
An access control system is provided and includes a control device disposed to restrict access to a secured resource and a networked device disposed in signal communication with the control device. The networked device requests authentication of a user from a trusted device responsive to a presentation of credentials to the control device in a request for access to the secured resource, the credentials are associated with access rights of the user, the networked device is receptive of the authentication, and the control device permits a level of access to the secured resource in accordance with the access rights upon the reception of the authentication.
AUGMENTED REALITY DISPLAYED KEYPAD FOR AUTHENTICATED KEYLESS DOOR ACCESS
In some implementations, a device may receive an indication of a code associated with granting authenticated access to a door. The device may transmit, to a user device, presentation information to cause an augmented reality image of an input pad to be displayed by the user device, wherein the augmented reality image is displayed over an area of an image of an exterior of the door via a user interface. The device may detect, via a camera device, one or more user inputs to the area of the exterior of the vehicle based on tracking a movement of a user. The device may identify an input code based on the one or more user inputs. The device may perform an action to cause the door to be unlocked based on the input code matching the code.
