System and method for tracking users or objects and providing associated data or features corresponding thereto
A system and method for sensing or tracking users at a geographic location or destination and collecting data based upon such users and/or the tracking of such users for enhancing the experience of the users, providing increased operational functionality of venues or attractions associated with the destination, and/or managing or influencing behavior associated with users or employees at the geographic location or destination. The system may be accessible via software applications executed upon mobile devices and/or permanent hardware kiosks and/or via a web-based interface. Trackable hardware is carried and/or worn or otherwise associated with the users so that the users' movement and activities may be tracked at the geographic location or destination.
Enhanced property access
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-storage media, for enhanced property access with video analytics. In some implementations, images of a first area captured by a camera are obtained. A number of persons in the first area is determined from the images. Data indicating one or more unique identifications is received. A number of persons who are authorized to access a second area are determined. Access is provided to the second area.
ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL METHOD
Methods, systems, and devices are described for electronic access control. An electronic access control method for identifying a person within an access region is described. An identification document may be associated with the person. The method may include sensing an identification characteristic of the person in the access region based at least in part on the identification document using an identification sensing device; transmitting the identification characteristic using the identification sensing device to a biometric sensing device; and sensing a biometric characteristic of the person using the biometric sensing device within the access region in response to receipt of the identification characteristic to identify the person.

Inmate release verification
Some embodiments process facial images to ensure the inmate present for release is the actual inmate to be released. One embodiment includes receiving a facial image and a data identifier of a person. This embodiment further includes processing the facial image of the person in view of facial image data of the person to determine whether the received facial image matches the retrieved facial image data. The facial image data may be retrieved based on the data identifier of the person, facial landmark data extracted from the facial image, or otherwise. When the received facial image and the retrieved facial image data of the person match, an indicator of a match and a successful release identity verification is output. When there is not a match, an indicator of a failed release identity verification is output.
