System and process for authenticating a user in a region
A system for identifying users for entrance to an area comprising a point of entry into a pre-defined area. The system comprises a first computing device having a microprocessor, a memory and a screen disposed adjacent to the point of entry. There is also at least one second computing device having at least one microprocessor and at least one memory, said at least one second computing device being disposed remote from the first computing device. There is at least one third computing device having at least one screen and at least one microprocessor wherein the third computing device is in communication with the second computing device wherein the second computing device is configured to send at least one image to the first computing device and to the third computing device wherein when an image at the point of entry matches an image on the third computing device the port of entry will allow the user holding the third computing device into the point of entry.
BUILDING SYSTEM WITH CREDENTIAL AND BODY TEMPERATURE VERIFICATION FEATURES
A building system, such as an elevator system, a physical access control system, or a combined elevator and physical access control system, has a controller system to control the building system to perform a building action, and a credential acquisition unit to acquire a credential presented by a user. The building system includes a camera system having a thermographic camera, which generates an infrared image of a face of the user, and an image processing system. The image processing system processes the infrared image to determine if the user's face shows a temperature value that is higher than a set threshold temperature value. The controller system enables or disables the building action as a function of the acquired user credential and the result signal.
Access control system having radio and facial recognition
An access control system receives a device-specific identifier of a mobile electronic device and an electronic reference template for facial parameters of a user. The reception takes place when the mobile device is located in a public zone, from which the user can request access to an access-restricted zone. A memory unit stores the identifier of the mobile device and the reference template, which are received by a transmitting and receiving unit, as belonging to the user present in a public zone. An image processing unit generates a real-time template for facial features of the user based on an image of the user when the user requests access to the access-restricted zone. It determines if the real-time template matches a reference template stored in the memory unit to a defined degree, wherein the user is recognized as an access-requesting user in the event of a match.
DOOR HANDLE HAVING VEIN AUTHENTICATION FUNCTION
There is disclosed a door handle having a vein authentication function including a housing provided in a door; a sensor provided in the housing for sensing a user's hand touching the housing or located in a preset region; a controller receiving a measured value from the sensor part; and an authentication part operating based on a control signal of the controller, photographing the user's hand and transmitting the photograph of the user's hand to the controller, wherein the authentication part has a photographing angle that is variable based on a position of the user's hand.
MANAGING SERVER, MANAGING METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR OPERATING BIOMETRIC INFORMATION-BASED ACCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to an access management system determining whether to approve the user's authentication request for the management space and the method for operating the access management system based on biometric data measured by a wearable device directly worn on the user's body, in order to solve the problem that the QR code check causes inconvenience and the body temperature test has low accuracy. Since approval of the authentication request may be determined based on the user's authentication data retrieved from the public database and biometric data directly measured from the user's body by a wearable device such as a smart mask, biometric data such as body temperature can be measured more accurately, and the hassle of users directly tagging their QR code with the QR code scanner can be reduced, and the accuracy and efficiency of access management can be improved.

Systems and methods for location identification and tracking using a camera
Systems and methods for location identification and tracking of a person, object and/or vehicle. The methods involve: obtaining, by a computing system, a video of a surrounding environment which was captured by a portable camera coupled to the person, object or vehicle; comparing, by the computing system, first images of the video to pre-stored second images to identify geographic locations where the first images were captured by the portable camera; analyzing, by the computing system, the identified geographic locations to verify that the person, object or vehicle is (1) traveling along a correct path, (2) traveling towards a facility for which the person, object or vehicle has authorization to enter, or (3) traveling towards a zone or secured area internal or external to the facility for which the person, object or vehicle has authorization to enter; and transmitting a notification from the computing system indicating the results of the analyzing.
INDICATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR GENERATING AN INDICATION
The invention relates to an indication system for generating an indication. The system comprises: at least one indication device, at least one detection device configured to monitor at least one area inside a building to provide monitoring data, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to: detect based on the monitoring data obtained from the at least one detection device at least one predefined object with a specific need, and control the at least one indication device to generate a visual indication comprising guidance information to a gate device allocated for the detected at least one predefined object in response to the detection of the at least one predefined object. The invention relates also to a method for generating an indication.
