Also provided herein are adjustable, modular lumbar support devices that may be used to provide lumbar and/or belly support for individuals having belly weight to achieve the present methods. According to non-limiting example embodiments, support or brace devices provided herein may be worn by pregnant women at various stages throughout a woman's pregnancy, and/or post-partum and may be adjusted to naturally contour/conform to the woman's anatomy, which changes throughout pregnancy.
