Repair instructions, replacement instructions, and diagnostic instructions may be more easily, and efficiently understood and followed by following on-screen outputs, alerts, and instructions that may include various color outputs, animations, and rotatable, movable, or zoomable views.

A method for generating an adaptive user interface may include, generating a graphical user interface for presentation to a user at an automated banking machine that includes a touch screen display and a currency note dispenser. The automated banking machine may include a sensor that senses information indicating a physical disposition of the user relative to the automated banking machine. The method may include adjusting the placement of the menu options on the touch screen display based on the information regarding the physical disposition of the user relative to the automated banking machine.

Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for presenting a user interface. In one embodiment, a system and method is introduced that enables the customization of a user interface on a mobile application. The customized user interface is generated in response to a user interaction with the mobile application. In another embodiment, a system and method are introduced which generate the customized user interface including modules used to present a customized layout created using tiles which are presented on the user interface, wherein each of the tiles are placed and customized specific to the user of the mobile device application.

A system receives, from a server, information about a first set of remotely-configured options for an unattended machine. In response to receiving the information about the first set of remotely-configured options, the system displays user interface objects that allow for selection of respective options in the first set of remotely-configured options. After detecting a selection of a first user interface object, the system receives, from the server, specifications regarding electric pulses to be provided to the unattended machine by a pulse-providing device. After sending an authorization grant and the specifications to the pulse-providing device, the system receives an indication that the electric pulses were provided to the unattended machine according to the specifications.

A SCO containing a single unified motherboard is generally described. The SCO includes a touchscreen display configured to provide a visible display for interaction with a user. The SCO also has a built-in scanning capabilities within the motherboard and connectors to connect to the display and other components of the SCO. The motherboard includes a multicore processor configured to control the scanning, the display and the other components. The scanning capability is configured to scan an item for a symbol, detect the presence of the symbol on the item, identify information on the symbol related to the item, and control the display to display an identity, price of the item, and print a receipt for a customer.

In one general aspect, the subject matter described in this specification can be embodied in a display case door that includes a panel assembly, a door frame, an electronic display, and a touchscreen. The door frame extends about and secured to a peripheral edge of the panel assembly. The electronic display overlays the panel assembly and is secured to the door frame. The touch screen overlaps a first portion of the electronic display, and the display includes a second portion which is not overlapped by the touchscreen.

For example, a multi-user kiosk may include interface sides alternating with non-interface panels including at least one storage door for loading products. Products are stored in a shared storage within the kiosk. The shared storage may be a plurality of carousels stacked as a single column Each carousel can rotate independently of each other. Users are verified and authorized prior to purchasing products or accessing storage for loading products. A first carousel containing a first product may be rotated in a first direction to dispense the first product to a first user at a first side of the kiosk at substantially a same time as a second carousel containing a second product rotates in a second direction to dispense the second product to a second user at a second side of the kiosk.

A method for assisting the use of an electronic transaction device. The method includes activating an assisted mode, the activation of the assisted mode being triggered by a detection of a placement of a data entry assistance accessory on a touch screen of the electronic transaction device.
