Food Frying and Distribution Device
A food frying and distribution device is used to pre-cook frozen food for storage and subsequent dispensing. The apparatus is configured to fry food to near completion, to store that food, and to then finish cooking upon consumer request, thereby reducing cooking time. The apparatus includes a housing, a frozen-foods inlet, a fried-foods outlet, at least one fryer basin, a first frying basket, a second frying basket, a first conveyor, a second conveyor, a vending mechanism, and a control unit. The housing is the protective shell that allows for arrangement of components. The frozen-foods inlet is an opening through which a user may insert frozen foods for preparation and storage within the apparatus. Conversely, the fried-foods outlet is an opening through which fried foods may be obtained by a consumer. The general configuration of the aforementioned components allows the apparatus to efficiently and effectively generate fried food relatively quickly.
WIRELESS TEMPERATURE PROBE
A probe used with food preparation, rethermalization, storage, transportation, and/or service includes a head portion with a display, and a shaft portion that is coupled to the head portion and is configured to be at least partially immersed in a foodstuff. The probe further includes a sensing unit configured to collect data including the temperature of the foodstuff and a wireless device configured to transmit data collected by the sensing unit to a supervisory control device.
HEATING ASSEMBLY AND AUTOMATIC MEALS-SELLING MACHINE
Disclosed are a heating assembly and an automatic meals-selling machine. The heating assembly includes a vessel body, a cover body and a heating body, and the vessel body is provided with a space accommodating meals to be heated; the cover body is movably provided relative to the vessel body to cover or open the vessel body, and the cover body and the vessel body are configured to cover together to form a heating cavity; the heating body is provided at the vessel body and/or the cover body for achieving at least one of roasting heating, water-bath heating or steam heating; and one of the vessel body and the cover body is provided with a meals inlet to allow the meals pickup assembly put the meals into the one of the vessel body and the cover body via the meals inlet.
INTELLIGENT FOOD COOKING MACHINE
The present invention discloses an intelligent food cooking machine that integrates a coin device and a change return device and separates a bowl with food from a bowl storage mechanism by using a separation and fetching mechanism. A push mechanism pushes a bowl to a microwave heating mechanism for heating processing. After heating is completed, the push mechanism pushes the bowl to a delivery lifting mechanism, and then the delivery lifting mechanism delivers the bowl to a bowl dispenser opening. In this way, an intelligent food heating and selling process is implemented.
Coffee Dispensing Device and Method
A coffee dispensing device is provided with a transport device that couples various components for the processing of unroasted coffee beans together. For example a roaster may be coupled to a grinding and brewing device to enable the transfer of roasted coffee beans between the roaster and grinder/brewer. Also, the transport device may transfer the roasted coffee beans from a roaster to an output port so that roasted coffee beans may be obtained. An automated coffee transaction device (ACTD) is also provided to automate aspects of the purchasing of coffee. A service delay projection calculator is also provided to estimate the expected wait time of a customer entering a queue.

The present application discloses a quick-frozen noodle un-freezing, cooking and vending machine, including a cabinet, a freezer chest and a mechanical arm. The cabinet is provided with a product dispenser port. The freezer chest is disposed in the cabinet. The mechanical arm is disposed in the cabinet. The cabinet is provided with a product dispenser door. A steam boiler, a water storage mechanism and an injection rod are further included. The steam boiler is disposed in the cabinet. The water storage mechanism is disposed in the cabinet and is connected to the steam boiler. The injection rod is movably disposed in the cabinet. The present invention provides the following effects: quick-frozen noodles are unfreezed by steam, moisture in the noodles is not lost during the unfreezing process, and the unfreezed noodles have good elasticity and provide good texture for chewing.
FOOD COOKING AND VENDING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF
This disclosure relates to food cooking and vending device and method thereof. The food cooking and vending device includes dispensing unit, conveyor belt, and control unit. The control unit receives a first user input through a User Interface (UI), wherein the first user input comprises non-confidential user details; generates one or more meal recommendations from a plurality of meal options based on the first user input using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model; renders the one or more meal recommendations and remaining of the plurality of meal options to the UI; receives a second user input through the UI, wherein the second user input comprises a meal selection from the plurality of meal options; and causes the bowl dispensing section to dispense the bowl to the conveyor belt to initiate the meal preparation.
