Gaming system and gesture manipulation method thereof
A gesture manipulation method and a gaming system are disclosed herein. The gesture manipulation method is suitable for an electronic apparatus including a touch sensor and means for displaying. The gesture manipulation method includes following steps. A gesture input is detected by the touch sensor when a visual card image is displayed on the means for displaying and the visual card image shows a back side of at least a playing card. When at least one contact point of the gesture input is detected to move along a specific pattern relative to the visual card image, a corresponding function is triggered or the visual card image is adjusted in response to the gesture input moved along the specific pattern.
Gaming activity awarding subsequent plays using results of previous plays
Techniques involving awarding subsequent plays using results of previous plays. One representative technique includes dealing a first poker hand to a player, and enabling cards of the first poker hand to be held. Replacement cards are presented for any of the cards that were not held in the first poker hand, thereby creating a first resulting poker hand. All of the cards of the first resulting poker hand are duplicated into a second poker hand, where cards in the second poker hand may again be held/discarded. Replacement cards are presented for any of the cards that were not held in the second poker hand, thereby creating a second resulting poker hand. Duplication into additional hands may also be provided.
Gaming system and method for accumulating and redeeming community game tokens
A gaming system which displays a community game to one or more participating players. During the community game, the gaming system accumulates one or more community game tokens for one or more participating players. The gaming system subsequently assigns a value to each community game token redeemed by each participating player.
JACKPOT MACHINE WITH SURROUND AUDIO
A jackpot machine with surround audio is provided. The jackpot machine includes a processor to process at least one audio to generate at least one 3D surround audio, a sending means to send the generated at least one 3D surround audio to a headphone worn by a player, and a display showing at least one graphical representation of a prize. The at least one graphical representation of the prize is associated with the at least one audio, and is perceived by the player to audibly and visually move around the player in accordance with the generated at least one 3D surround audio and the at least one graphical representation of the prize shown on the display respectively.
LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIGHT GUIDE PLATE AND GAME MACHINE
A first light guide plate and a second light guide plate are arranged facing each other. A microprojection group comprising a plurality of microprojections is arranged in the visual recognition region of the surface facing the first light guide plate in the second light guide plate. The plurality of microprojections have a height and arrangement that ensure a distance where interference fringes are not visually recognized between the first light guide plate and the second light guide plate in contact with the second light guide plate. The microprojection group and the dimples configuring a design part formed on the second light guide plate are formed on an identical surface.
LOGGING, RECOVERY AND REPLAY OF WAGERING GAME INSTANCES
A gaming device may be configured for receiving, via a user interface, user input corresponding to a request for play of a gambling game and for determining whether the gambling game is a base game or a sub game. Upon determining that the gambling game is a sub game, the gaming device may be configured for controlling a display system to provide a sequence of images corresponding to an instance of the sub game, for determining sub game data and sub game metadata corresponding to the instance of the sub game, for adding a sub game trace to a game history data structure corresponding to the sub game data and the sub game metadata and for adding a game round index marker to the game history data structure corresponding to the instance of the sub game.
POWER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF OPERATION THEREOF
A machine. The machine includes at least one displays and at least one user input devices for operating the machine. The machine further includes a hybrid power system having at least one first power source and a second power source. The at least one first power source and/or the at least one second power source are used to provide the machine with the power needed to operate the machine. The present disclosure also relates to various methods of operating the hybrid power system that: reduces the strain on the power grid by the machine, reduces the power consumption of the machine, reduces the overall costs associated with the operation of the machine, and/or makes the hybrid power system adaptive to the machine and/or the individual user.
Providing interactive virtual elements within a mixed reality scene
A live video signal of a scene associated with a field of view of a user may be generated. The scene may include a casino gaming floor that includes multiple wagering stations. A location in the scene and a virtual element may be determined, based on the live video signal of the scene. The virtual element may be displayed to the user in the location in the scene so that the virtual element is in the field of view of the user using an augmented reality (AR) device. An user input that corresponds to the virtual element may be received and an action of the virtual element responsive to receiving the user input may be generated.
Game machine
A game machine that can discriminate between two states of an occupied state and an unoccupied state includes a credit function. The game machine includes the credit function configured to determine presence or absence of a credit and a timer part configured to measure a lapse of time, and transitions to the occupied state in which a game is determined to be interrupted or the unoccupied state in which the game machine is determined to be idle according to a determination of the presence or absence of the credit in the credit function when the timer part measures a lapse of a first time.
System and method of non-linear probabilistic forecasting to foster amplified collective intelligence of networked human groups
Systems and methods for amplifying the collective intelligence of networked human groups engaged in collaborative forecasting of future events having two possible outcomes. During a real-time session a computing device for each user displays a forecasting prompt and a dynamic user interface which includes a user-manipulatable marker moved by the user between a first limit and a second limit, where the position of the marker defines a forecasted probability of each possible outcome. The display also includes a first reward value and a second reward value, both of which are interactively responsive to the marker position. During a first time period, users manipulate the markers. After the first time period, a perturbation stimulus is displayed. During a second time period, users again manipulate the markers. After the second time period, a final group forecast is calculated based on the data collected during the first and second time periods.
