A diagnostic system for electronic gaming machines (EGMs) includes a power supply, and a diagnostic device in electrical connection with the power supply, the diagnostic device configured for placement within a cabinet of an EGM. The diagnostic device includes an attachment device configured to couple the diagnostic device to the EGM, a sensor array including at least one sensor for sensing a condition associated with the EGM and configured to generate conditions data based on the sensed condition, a communications device configured to transmit the conditions data to a remote location, a memory configured to store the conditions data, and a processor configured to analyze the conditions data and determine a diagnostic evaluation based upon the analyzed conditions data.

A method and apparatus to automatically modify one or more presentation attributes of a gaming system. For instance, the gaming system detects, via analysis of an image data by a neural network model, an appearance of one or more features of a gaming surface. The gaming system further automatically modifies, via the neural network model in response to detecting the appearance of the one or more features, a presentation attribute associated with presentation of gaming content via a designated area of the gaming surface. The gaming system further projects, via a projection system based on the modified presentation attribute, the gaming content onto the designated area of the gaming surface.

The cards in the deck may contain the player scores for a set of games or matches as well as other player-related information. The gaming system and device randomly generate a hand and randomly select one of the player's pre-determined scores for each of the cards. The user's score may be determined through a variety of methods utilizing the player scores on the cards in the user's hand. The outcome of the user's hand may be determined by matching the user's score with a pay table, or for a multi-user game, the outcome may be determined by finding the highest scorer among the participating users.

An electronic gaming machine includes a display device and a processor configured to execute instructions stored in a memory, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to generate a game-state-retention sign based upon a plurality of game variables representing a state of a wagering game, where the game-state-retention sign includes a first two-dimensional machine-recognisable image that encodes the plurality of game variables. When executed, the instructions also cause the processor to display the game-state-retention sign on the display device for image capture by a handheld player device, where the handheld player device is configured to display a game-continuation sign generated from the game-state-retention sign for resuming play of the wagering game.
Systems and methods for making use of telemetry tracking devices to enable event based analysis at a live game
In an embodiment, a process to predict a probability of a future event occurring in a present competition includes receiving time-stamped position information of one or more participants in the present competition. The time-stamped position information is captured by a telemetry tracking system during the present competition. The process uses the time-stamped position information to determine a first play situation of the present competition. The process determines, based on at least the first play situation and playing data associated with at least a subset of one or both of a first set of one or more participants and a second set of one or more participants, a prediction of the probability of a first future event occurring at the present competition.

An inspection system of a chip includes a reading device and a determining unit. The reading device is configured to count a number of chips stored in a storage case, the chips associated with a table game and including a chip having a radio tag, read the radio tag while the chips are stored in the storage case, and acquire chip information. The determining unit is configured to compare the chip information of the chips in the storage case with a physical number of the chips in the storage case, determine that there is an abnormal chips among the chips stored in the storage case based on a determination that the counted number of the chips does not match a physical number of the chips in the storage case, and output a result associated with an indication of the abnormal chip.
