An agent that may assist a service provider of gaming services with registering/signing up users, with accepting funds/money from a user and depositing these funds in a gaming account of the user for the user to play games with, and/or with receiving requests from a user to withdrawal funds from the user's account and paying the user the withdrawn funds. The agent may also assist a user in obtaining a report of an account of the user, the account being associated with a service provider that provides gaming services.

A gaming system for evaluating a jackpot using a time cap is provided. The system includes a processor and a memory, wherein the processor is configured to execute instructions stored in the memory which when executed, cause the processor to at least store, in the memory, a jackpot including time cap parameters and a value of the jackpot. The instructions, when executed, further cause the processor to select a time cap based on the time cap parameters. The instructions, when executed, further cause the processor to determine, in response to a game instance, that the selected time cap has been reached. A self-contained game monitoring device captures images of a game table and identifies objects relevant to the game and identifies values associated with objects. During the course of the game, the device can detect a violation of the players' bets according to pre-configured game rules. At the end of each game, the device can determine the outcome of the game (e.g., the win/lose/push on each bet) and can determine whether the dealer's action (e.g., payout on each bet) is consistent with the device's judgment. The device management platform further includes a host system communicatively coupled to the plurality of SMIGs and configured to receive gaming device information from the plurality of SMIBs regarding the operation of the plurality of gaming devices, identify a subscriber for the gaming device information, determine, based on the subscriber, read access rules for the gaming device information, and provide, based on the read access rules, at least a portion of the gaming device information to the subscriber.

In one aspect, a device management platform is provided. The device management platform includes environmental sensors and a host system. The environmental sensors are deployed at different locations within a gaming venue, each including at least one sensor configured to capture environmental data at one of the different locations. The host system is configured to receive, from the environmental sensors, the environmental data, identify spatial data that defines a floor layout of the gaming venue and the different locations of the environmental sensors, correlate the spatial data with the environmental data to generate a spatial map of the environmental data within the gaming venue, and identify a subscriber for the spatial map. The host system is further configured to determine, based on the subscriber, access rules for the spatial map, and provide, based on the access rules, at least a portion of the spatial map to the subscriber.
