The game token tray system includes a double tray including a lower tray and an upper tray stacked on the lower tray to store a game token provided with an RF tag in which tag information is stored, a camera that acquires tray image data by imaging the game token stored in the upper tray, an RIFD reading device that reads the tag information from the RF tag of the game token stored in the lower tray, and a game recording device that records the tray image data and/or an image analysis result of the tray image data about the game token stored in the upper tray and records the tag information read by the RFID reading device about the game token stored in the upper tray.

The electronic funds transfer terminal receives fund transfer requests from patrons and communicates the requests to an aggregator communicatively coupled to the backend server. The backend server in turn transmits the request to the master gateway that communicates with financial networks and maintains a database of transactions made through the client devices. The master gateway communicates transaction data related to the fund transfer request and the gaming limits and gaming rules to the backend server. Compliant transactions that are approved by the financial network(s) receive a corresponding voucher validation code. The voucher validation code is communicated to the electronic funds transfer terminal through the backend server and aggregator for printing at the printer of the slot cabinet and delivery to the patron.

Systems and techniques for providing flexibly reconfigurable meters on electronic gaming machines are provided; such meters may be considered to be “transient” with respect to meters that are hard-coded into the electronic gaming machine operating system or platform software or wagering game software and may be reconfigured by updating one or more meter definition files. A fraud detection system which detects fraud in a game of performing collection and redemption of chips in accordance with a win or lose result includes a camera which captures an image of chips contained in a chip tray of a dealer, an image analyzing apparatus which analyses the image captured by the camera to detect an amount of the chips contained in the chip tray, a card distribution device which determines a win or lose result of a game, and a control device which compares the win or lose result of the game and the amount of the chips contained in the chip tray before and after collection and redemption of the chips to detect fraud.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a gaming system and method for increasing the likelihood of obtaining a designated outcome for a play of a game. In certain embodiments, when a triggering event occurs in association with a play of a game, the gaming system increases the likelihood of obtaining a designated outcome for that play of the game. In other embodiments, when a triggering event occurs in association with a play of a game, the gaming system increases the likelihood of obtaining a designated outcome for another play of the game, such as the next play of the game.

If the ticket is validated and has a monetary value which includes a fractional currency value, then the player is presented a wagering game based upon a wager comprising at least the fractional currency value of the ticket. If the outcome of the game is losing, then the player is paid a first whole currency value comprising the monetary value less the wager and when an outcome of the wagering game is winning, then the player is paid a second whole currency value which is greater than the monetary value (such as by including a winning amount), or the first whole currency value plus separate winnings, such as in the form of an award ticket.
