System and method for cashless exchange at table games
A system includes a smart table. The smart table is configured to use radio-frequency identification (RFID)-enabled chips and includes a table management device and at least one RFID sensor. A dealer scratchpad defines a scratchpad area on the smart table, and the smart table defines a plurality of player positions. The smart table is configured to detect a presence of a player at a first player position of the plurality of player positions, and receive, from the table management device, a request to cash the player out of the wagering game. The processor is configured to determine, using the at least one RFID sensor, a chip cash-out value within the scratchpad area, and receive, from a player computing device of the player, a selection of a digital wallet account accessed from the player computing device. The processor also facilitates a deposit transaction to the digital wallet account.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING COMPS ASSOCIATED WITH A SERVICE BUSINESS
Data associated a plurality of user interface elements may be retrieved from at least one database associated with a service business, such as a casino. At a first time, a first indication to turn on a first subset of the plurality of user interface elements may be received. The user interface elements may include content management, task management, property management, action management, player profiling, comp management, player development, asset tagging and flagging, profitability and comparative analysis, etc. Each of the first subset of user interface elements may be populated with the respective data associated that user interface element.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DEVELOPING PLAYER PROFILE ANALYTICS
Data associated a plurality of user interface elements may be retrieved from at least one database associated with a service business, such as a casino. At a first time, a first indication to turn on a first subset of the plurality of user interface elements may be received. The user interface elements may include content management, task management, property management, action management, player profiling, comp management, player development, asset tagging and flagging, profitability and comparative analysis, player insights, floor mapping, campaign management, etc. Each of the first subset of user interface elements may be populated with the respective data associated that user interface element.

The financial account can holds funds that are accessible through the player's use of a payment vehicle. Information associated with transactions using the payment vehicle can be used for player relationship purposes.
Beacon to patron communications for electronic gaming devices
A system for proximity-based digital interactions includes a beacon transmitter configured to wirelessly broadcast a first interaction prompt message that includes a first interaction event code. A system server is configured to: receive an event activation message that includes the first interaction event code; identify and perform a first pre-programmed action; identify proximity between a mobile computing device and the beacon transmitter based on receipt of the first interaction event code from the mobile computing device; create a second interaction event code that is targeted to be performed by the mobile computing device; and transmit a configuration message to the beacon transmitter that includes the second interaction event code, causing the beacon transmitter to begin broadcasting a second interaction prompt message including the second interaction event code together with the first interaction prompt message, where the first interaction event code is different than the second interaction even code.
Gaming machine having separated feature games
A gaming machine having three displays of (1) five mechanical reels, (2) five video reels and (3) a single multi-slice wheel. Gaming interaction between the three displays provides a base game on the mechanical reels from which (1) a first spinning-reel-type bonus game is triggered and (2) a second wheel-type bonus game is triggered.
Gaming service automation system with graphical user interface
A robot management system (RMS) includes a plurality of service robots deployed within an operations venue that includes a plurality of gaming devices, an operator terminal presenting a graphical user interface (GUI) to an operator, and a robot management system server (RMS server) configured in networked communication with the plurality of service robots. The RMS server is configured to: identify location data for the service robots; create an interactive overlay map of the operations venue that includes a static map of the operations venue, overlay data showing the location data of the plurality of service robots over the static map, and an interactive icon for each service robot of the plurality of service robots; display, via the GUI, the overlay map; receive a first input indicating a selection of a first interactive icon associated with a first service robot; and display current status information associated with the first service robot.
