GAMING DEVICE FOR UPDATING GAME PLAY IN REAL-TIME

A device for playing a skill-based game that modifies the visual representation of the game play using game enhancement elements. A game processor automatically generates game enhancement elements using game data of the skill-based game and computes a game skill level. A game controller is connected to a data storage device and a display screen. The game controller controls the skill-based game, the game controller configured to: render visual representation of game play; detect real-time game play of the game by the player; compute a player skill level based on the detected game play; select a game enhancement element by comparing the game skill level and the player skill level; modify the visual representation of the game play using the one or more selected game enhancement elements; and award the player based on the additional game play and the comparison of the game skill level and the player skill level.

Multi-touch user interface for scaling reward value with random failure threshold for gaming system

A gaming system, and method of controlling a gaming system, having a touchscreen, that simulates a game of skill by showing a graphical object and detecting a pair of spaced-apart user input touch points on the touchscreen. An increase in distance between the touch points corresponds to an increase in stress upon the object, which is animated on the touchscreen, and scaling of an associated reward. A failure threshold is selected and the increase in stress is tested against the failure threshold. The failure threshold may be at least partly randomized. If the stress exceeds the threshold, then a failure event is shown. If the touch input ceases, the user may elect to accept then current reward value or to continue. The object may be a bubble and the stress may be expansion of the bubble, leading to popping of the bubble if the expansion exceeds the failure threshold.

GAME SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

A game system includes a selection device and a game control device. The selection device may be configured to select, for selecting one or more base games, at least one of a) the number of one or more primary games; and b) a type of the one or more base games, using at least a predefined information. A game control device may be configured to start or advance a secondary game, which is subordinate to the one or more primary games, based at least in part on a game state of the one or more base games selected by the selection device.

A variable skill proposition interleaved wagering system is disclosed. The system includes an interactive processing device constructed to detect a user selection of a paytable having an associated skill proposition, communicate the selection of the paytable to a process controller, receive the skill proposition from the process controller, determine a skill outcome for the skill proposition presented to a user, and communicate to the process controller the skill outcome. A wager controller is constructed to generate a wager outcome using the selected paytable, and communicate the wager outcome to the process controller. The process controller constructed to receive the selection of the paytable, determine the skill proposition from the selection of the paytable, communicate the skill proposition to the interactive processing device, receive the skill outcome from the interactive processing device, and update one or more credit meters using the skill outcome and the wager outcome.

The system further includes the process controller operatively connecting the interactive controller and the chance-based controller, wherein the process controller is further constructed to receive the skill outcome, and update one or more credit meters using the skill outcome and the ordered set of chance components.
