Systems and methods to provide a portable alert device
Systems and methods to provide a portable alert device are disclosed herein. The system may include a key component that includes a connector extending from a first side and a base component. The key component is shaped with a first indent and a second indent on opposite sides. The base component includes: a back piece shaped with a first ledge and a second ledge opposite the first ledge that extend out of an interior of the back piece; a front piece that joins with the back piece to enclose a portion of the key component so that the first ledge is positioned within the first indent and the second ledge is positioned with the second indent, the first ledge within the first indent and the second ledge within the second indent prevent the key component from entirely disengaging with the base component; a transceiver; and alert components.
HOME OCCUPANCY INFORMATION SYSTEM
A home occupancy status and information system may be used to track information about human and animal occupants within a structure, and provide information to first responders in the event of an emergency. A rescue beacon may be positioned near an entrance to a home, and when an audible alarm or alarm signal is detected by the beacon it will provide visual alerts and/or audible alerts to attract the attention of a first responder, and will provide information on occupants in the home, such as a number of pets, a number of humans, and other information. A rescue device may also be carried by each pet or other occupant in the house, which may be activated by a wireless signal from a rescue beacon, or by a detected alarm audio/signal. When activated, the rescue device will provide audible and/or visual alerts to aid first responders in locating the occupant.
Systems and methods for artificial intelligence (AI) theft prevention and recovery
Systems, apparatus, methods, and articles of manufacture for Artificial Intelligence (AI) theft prevention and recovery, such as by utilizing image object analysis to identify and report pilfering-type cargo or materials theft events.
BEACON ENABLED DISTRIBUTION ITEMS
Systems and methods of tracking distribution items using hardware components on or in the distribution items. Shippers and recipients of distribution items can track or locate a distribution item, especially a high value item, if the distribution item is lost, misrouted, or delayed.
Facility alert system
A facility alert system is provided. The system includes a plurality of remote units, wherein each unit includes a housing having a plurality of controls thereon. Each of the plurality of remote units is in wireless communication with each other via a wireless transceiver disposed within the housing. Each of the plurality of controls illuminates a corresponding indicator light disposed on each housing of the plurality of remote units when actuated. Upon actuation of one of the plurality of controls, an alert signal is transmitted to emergency services via the wireless transceiver. In some embodiments, a vibration motor is disposed within each housing, whereupon actuation of one of the plurality of controls, each vibration motor activates to vibrate each housing in a pattern corresponding to each control.

MULTI-SENSOR MOTION DETECTION
Use of multiple sensors to determine whether motion of an object is occurring in an area is described. In one aspect, an infrared (IR) sensor can be supplemented with a radar sensor to determine whether the determined motion of an object is not a false positive.
BATTERY EFFICIENT WIRELESS NETWORK CONNECTION AND REGISTRATION FOR A LOW-POWER DEVICE
A client device is configured to communicate with an access point over a wireless network, exchanging data with the access point over a selected communication channel. After the wireless connection to the access point has ended, the client device receives a probe from the access point over a low-level layer, such as a data link layer. In response to receiving the probe, the client device reconnects to the access point.
Video smart package pillar
Millions of packages get shipped and stolen from home door steps, with mail often getting placed in wrong mailboxes and sometimes the mailman or package carrier needs to speak to someone at or from the residence. Video Smart Package Pillar was created with all of these issues of the world in mind, combining the idea of a Pillar, compartmentalized, with two compartments, a mail compartment and package compartment, and one to two doors in a rear to obtain packages that have been delivered; while leaving an original mail pull down opening for the mail being delivered.
Monitoring of patient supports
A hospital bed is configured to monitor data from a second patient support based on the one or more alarms set by the user. The hospital bed detects whether an alarm triggering event occurred based on the monitored data. In response to a determination that the alarm triggering event occurred, the hospital bed will provide a signal indicative of the alarm triggering event to a nurse call system.
