TOOL OPERATED ADJUSTMENT DEVICES, FIT SYSTEMS, AND LINE TENSIONING SYSTEMS
A tool-operated adjustment device includes a housing supporting a rotatable spool that is operably coupled to a tension line. The spool is configured to rotate about a first axis in a first direction to wind the tension line, and to rotate in a second direction opposite the first direction to unwind the tension line. The device includes a socket pivotally coupled to the housing and configured to rotate about a second axis. The socket is selectively coupled to the spool to drive rotation of the spool in the first direction. The socket is configured to removably connect and disconnect to a tool configured to rotate the socket about the second axis. The device includes a release mechanism that is configured to selectively release the spool such that the spool is free to rotate in either the first or second direction in response to manual forces applied to the release mechanism.
Compression leg support
A leg support that attaches to a user's leg and extends below the user's foot, where stepping on the portion below the user's foot causes the portion around the user's upper leg to tighten. This allows the leg support and the user's leg to bear the user's weight with the user's foot remaining untouched. When the user takes his or her weight off of the leg support, the portion around the user's upper leg loosens for the user's comfort. The leg support insures that there is zero pressure on the bottom of the user's foot and all of the user's weight and vertical shear pressure is converted into horizontal compression pressure around the user's leg.
GARMENT FOR PROMOTING POST-SURGICAL RECOVERY
A compression fabric garment with a low vertical profile, composed from comfortable and breathable compressive fabric, with high-strength polymer quick-release tension bands, and antimicrobial fabric portions is disclosed. Embodiments of the present disclosure may include a post-surgical compression garment for relief after open-heart surgery, mastectomy, abdominal surgery, or other surgery, equipped with at least one quick-release tension band to apply tension laterally across the body where the front of the garment is configured to flip downwards to provide quick access to a chest, or other, surgical incision site without fully removing the garment.

METHODS FOR CONTROLLING AND MONITORING INFLATABLE PERFUSION ENHANCEMENT APPARATUSES AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS
Introduced here are methods, apparatuses, and systems for mitigating the contact pressure applied to a human body by the surface of an object, such as a chair, bed, or table. A pressure-mitigation apparatus can include a series of chambers whose pressure can be individually varied. When placed between a patient and a contact surface, a controller can vary the contact pressure on the human body by controllably inflating one or more chambers, deflating one or more chambers, or any combination thereof. By monitoring the pressure in each chamber over time, the controller can also gain an enhanced understanding of movement(s) performed by the human body when positioned on the pressure-mitigation apparatus.
Compression garment for one-hand operation
A compression garment comprises an elongated stretchable sleeve (1) which is adapted to be worn over a body part and a compression part (2) connected to the elongated stretchable sleeve (1). The garment has at least one closing part (3) for fixing the compression part (2) in a stretched state. Furthermore, the compression part (2) is shaped and sized to be wrapped around the circumference of the elongated stretchable sleeve (1), wherein the compression part (2) is adapted for positioning proximate to an outer surface of the elongated stretchable sleeve (1).

Posture control systems
A posture control system includes a brace to which an inflatable bladder is removably coupled. The bladder, when inflated, causes pressure to be applied to a wearer if the wearer does not have proper posture. The pressure irritates the wearer into improving their posture. The brace includes strap systems that are adjustable for size and fit. In embodiments, the strap systems include an upper strap portion that includes an elastic component that also assists the user in improving their posture.

Thoracolumbar translator and associated methods
A frame includes a front segment extending across an anterior side of a human and a back segment extending across a posterior side of the human in a fixed spatial relationship. A clamp bar extends between the front segment and the back segment to interface with a first lateral side of the human at a location between an ilium bone structure and a thoracic cage of the human. A lateral restraint is positioned between the front segment and the back segment and is configured to interface with a second lateral side of the human over an engagement area corresponding to a portion of the thoracic cage of the human. A downward treatment force is applied to the frame at a location opposite the clamp bar from the lateral restraint. The human works to laterally translate their spinal column toward the lateral restraint to maintain the frame in a near-level orientation.
