ANTI-THEFT DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VALUABLES
An anti-theft system that is capable of being tracked by and automatically notifies the appropriate authorities when leaving a designated geo-fence area. The anti-theft system includes a storage device having two opaque housing portions that can be secured together along their respective peripheries, providing a cavity. The housing portions are opaque except for a cutout in one of the housing portions. The cavity provides a GPS and a mounting display, wherein the mounting display secure a valuable so that it is partially visible through the cutout, while the GPS is not so visible. The GPS tracks and notifies according to predetermined criteria.
Separation alert device
A separation alert device for warning a user of separation from an item includes a housing that defines an internal space. The housing is configured for retention on the user's person. A power module, a microprocessor, a first proximity sensor and a plurality of alarms are coupled to the housing and are positioned in the internal space. The microprocessor is operationally coupled to the power module. The first proximity sensor and the alarms are operationally coupled to the microprocessor. A second proximity sensor is in wireless communication with the microprocessor. The second proximity sensor is coupled to an item that the user desires to retain proximate to the user. The microprocessor is positioned to receive a location signal from the second proximity sensor. Separation of the first proximity sensor by a preset distance from the second proximity sensor will compel the microprocessor to compel the alarms to notify the user.
Unattended child alert device for vehicles
The unattended child alert device for vehicle mounts on the door into the passenger compartment of the automobile such that the unattended child alert device for vehicle is positioned in the passenger compartment. The unattended child alert device for vehicle monitors detects when the door is opened and closed. The unattended child alert device for vehicle monitors makes an audible announcement when the door of the automobile is opened. The unattended child alert device for vehicle monitors makes an audible announcement when the door of the automobile is closed. The audible announcement is a spoken message that tells the operator of the automobile to remember their children. The unattended child alert device for vehicle further records short spoken messages that the operator of the automobile would like recorded. The unattended child alert device for vehicle comprises a housing and a control circuit. The housing contains the control circuit.
Tracking and safety smart watch
The tracking and safety smart watch is a signaling device that is worn in the manner of an accessory. The tracking and safety smart watch communicates through messages with an appropriate authority such that security information regarding an individual wearing the tracking and safety smart watch can be monitored. The tracking and safety smart watch allows an appropriate authority can determine the location of the tracking and safety smart watch and to monitor the exterior surroundings of the tracking and safety smart watch. The tracking and safety smart watch provides for the transmission of an emergency message from the individual to the appropriate authority. Safeguards are incorporated into the tracking and safety smart watch to prevent removal of the tracking and safety smart watch from the individual without the approval or the appropriate authority. The tracking and safety smart watch comprises a timepiece, a control system, and a housing.
ADJUSTABLE ELECTRONIC MONITORING DEVICE
A monitoring device, including an encasement having an upper part and a lower part; wherein the lower part is attached by a hinge at a first side of the encasement to the upper part; wherein at an opposite side the upper part can be lowered onto the lower part to close the encasement or lifted up to open the encasement; an elongated strap with a first end and a second end wherein the first end of the strap is attached to the first side of the encasement and configured to enable coupling the monitoring device to a person by wrapping the strap around a limb of a person, and inserting the second end of the strap into the opposite side of the encasement onto the lower part and covering it with the upper part.
CONTEXTUALLY INTERACTIVE APPAREL
Technologies are presented that provide contextually interactive apparel in practical implementations and applications. A method for directing a change in an interface of a wearable device may include detecting a trigger and providing a change command to an interface controller of a wearable device based on the trigger. The interface controller may direct a change (e.g., a change in visual pattern, audio, etc.) in an interface of the wearable device, based on the change command, that is perceivable by persons in proximity of the wearable device. The providing the change command may include providing one or more change commands to a plurality of wearable devices in a choreographed manner. The method may further include determining other wearable devices that exist and/or are being concurrently worn within a predetermined proximity of the wearable device, and providing information regarding the other wearable devices.
Personal monitoring apparatus and method
An apparatus, including a housing, display; keyboard; at least one microphone; at least one speaker; at least two cameras; memory or database which stores travel schedule or itinerary information for an individual global positioning device; communication equipment, controller; and transmitter. If the controller detects a deviation of the apparatus from a travel schedule or itinerary or detects an absence of or leaving of the apparatus from an expected location, the controller generates a message and the transmitter transmits the message to a communication device associated with a third party. The controller activates the communication equipment to initiate a telephone call to the communication device or a second communication device, de-activates an on/off switching functionality of the apparatus, and deactivates a telephone calling on/off switching functionality.
System for monitoring firearm movement and relocation from a storage location
A system and method is provided for detection of movement or removal of a firearm from a storage location. The system generates a real-time alert that notifies a supervisor or owner of a firearm that movement or removal of the firearm from a stored location has occurred. The alert may be sent to a designated communication device such as a smartphone, landline phone, or to a computing device. An application (app) with a graphical user interface may be loaded on a user device to implement aspects of the firearm alert system. Movement and/or location sensors may be removeably mounted to the exit mouth of a firearm barrel, loaded in a round of ammunition (i.e., bullet), contained in a trigger lock, a slip on cover, screw on (after market) gun grips, original grips that come with the gun from a manufacturer, a bullet clip therefor, a gun lock, or an adhesive backed tile.
Vehicle occupant alarm assembly
A vehicle occupant alarm assembly includes a remote unit that is carried by a caregiver driving a vehicle. The remote unit broadcasts a location signal. A base unit is attachable to a child that is seated in a vehicle and the base unit is in remote communication with an extrinsic communication network. The base unit receives the location signal and the base unit transmits an alert signal to the extrinsic communication network when the location signal falls below a pre-determined signal strength. The remote unit receives an alert from the extrinsic communication network when the base unit transmits the alert signal to the extrinsic communication network. In this way the remote unit alerts the caregiver that the child may be unattended in the vehicle.
Wearable proximity alert system
A wearable proximity alert system includes a first wearable band configured to be secured about an appendage of a child which is programmed to alert the wearer of a second wearable band when the bands are separated from each other by a predetermined distance.
