SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REAL-TIME PRIORITIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF HEAT TRACE CIRCUIT ALARMS
Systems and methods for real-time prioritization and management of heat trace circuit alarms are provided. A method includes importing heat trace circuit alarm data, ERP scheduling data, process data, operations data and weather data to establish a criticality matrix for prioritizing heat trace alarms. Alarms are assigned a criticality rating and alarm grouping based on the criticality matrix. Alarms are prioritized according to the criticality rating and an independent self-test to validate each alarm is performed based on the alarm grouping. Validated alarms are compared against ERP data to create or update a work request to repair to alarm based on the criticality rating. The system may implement artificial intelligence machine learning algorithms to predict failure of heat trace circuit components based on alarm history and tracked electrical and temperature operating parameters of heat trace circuits.

COMPENSATOR IN A DETECTOR DEVICE
A detector device includes a light source disposed within a chamber, a sensor disposed within the chamber, a compensator circuit electrically coupled with the sensor, and a controller. The controller is operable to receive a sensor signal generated by the sensor, determine a compensation factor to adjust the sensor signal, and generate a compensation offset signal based on the compensation factor. The controller is further operable to output the compensation offset signal to the compensator circuit to produce a compensated sensor signal as an adjustment to the sensor signal, energize the light source, monitor the compensated sensor signal with respect to an alarm limit, and trigger an alarm event based on the compensated sensor signal exceeding the alarm limit.

CONTEXTUAL CALIBRATION OF CONNECTED SECURITY DEVICE
A vehicle includes determines that a vehicle alarm system has been engaged and determines a local context applicable to the vehicle alarm system. The vehicle obtains an alarm system configuration mapping applicable in light of the local context. The vehicle changes sensitivity of one or more sensors associated with the alarm system based on the configuration mapping.

Gunshot detection system with building management system integration
A gunshot detection system detects shooting events within a premises and interacts with building management systems installed within the same premises to guide occupants to safety and/or obstruct or trap an active shooter. Gunshot sensor units detect the gunshots and generate event information based on the detected gunshots. A shooting event response module generates and sends building management instructions to the building management systems. In response, distributed devices of the building management systems perform effect changes within the premises according to the functionality of the distributed devices (e.g. locking/unlocking doors, turning off lights, flashing strobe lights). A control panel of the gunshot detection system presents a graphical user interface for presenting response options and receiving selections of response actions to be performed by the building management systems. The shooting even response module also receives gunshot and building management event data and generates recommendation information based on the event data.
